“Reno Running Co. at Lakeside is a great place to go! I was a first timer looking for a decent quality pair of running shoes so I could start running more frequently without killing my feet. Aldon and Scott at the lakeside location were so nice and helpful, and really spent the time to make sure that I got shoes that were perfect for my feet. 10/10 would recommend!”

The store is fully stocked and the staff is incredibly helpful. I was in and out within ten minutes finding not only clothes branding my alma mater that I needed but actually liking the ones I chose because the selection was so good. Go Pack!!”

Sam is very personable and knows the gear very well, I got fitted and then Bud fitted the inner sole and got me in a perfect fit! “Last minute send to BM , pivot from phish denver . Came with cloths and sleeping bag … went to Costco and Walmart already picked thru …. Finally made it to REI ( should have gone first ) well got loaded and fitted with all the gear I needed and a few extras to keep me comfy and keep the party going ! Daniel literally dropped everything and was my private shopper for like 45 min to get me thermals to a tent and everything in between. Then at checkout ( if you call it that, sat in a rocker lol) Matthew one of the great managers there help get me figure out the fastest way to get your the door and on the next mission to get a ticket and get to the burn . So if you need anything, I probably just bought them out of everything but when they restock, they have everything you need for camping festivals or just your backyard. Glamping REI is always got you covered with the people to every department.”

“I went here with my son after not finding his size of cleats at another store. As we were walking around looking for the cleats, a worker came up and kindly asked if we needed some help. We asked for the size and he took us right to them as they were out front but in a different location than where the cleats were on display. There wasn't as big of an assortment, but the ones they had were good. And they were more affordable than the previous store and we checked out quickly. If I ever need more cleats, I will go to Big 5.”
“We stopped in for snow boots and ended up buying boots and a great sale jacket as well. Edison was great: he helped us patiently all the way through the process and helped us find what we really needed, as opposed to what we thought we wanted. Yes, stock is sometimes lower than online, but I found a bunch of items that were out of stock online that were available in every size and color in the store, so that was a huge bonus. I replaced my beloved but very old ski jacket with a brand new one that was 50% off. This place is worth a stop. They may not have what you want, but you may find things that you can't get from Columbia's website or anyplace else, and you might find a gem you weren't expecting. Ask for Edison. He's awesome!”

The store is located just across Virginia from the UNR Campus. *this location doesn't offer a restroom for customers. Silver and Blue Outfitters has a second location in Reno @ Meadowwood Mall.”
“Went in the past few weeks because some of my leggings were ripping on the seam. Reagan was very friendly and helped me replace the pair. Those leggings were the first that I had bought from Lululemon and didn’t realize that they have the one year warranty on clothing. The clothes are a little expensive, but I will definitely be buying more because it was so easy to get the replacement and that makes it worth the cost for me.”

I have been here many times but never with James working. But when James was working it was a whole different view rather then everyone else. “I hadn't been in Dick's Sporting Goods for several years because I had such a poor experience the one time I went that I swore I would never return. That has been changed after my last visit. The service was helpful and the store was laid out in such a way that it made you want to shop. I thought the pricing was better than what you can find at Scheels and they seem to have a wide variety of things to choose from. I felt like I got the best deal and they were helpful in arranging delivery and set up (for a fee), but even that was not difficult. I really like that they do not sell assault rifles and other things that can modify guns into assault weapons.”
