Charcoal and Brisket have been going to this grooming salon for a little over a year. We have only had one issue and it was rectified as soon as possible. The owner is very sweet and cares about the quality of work that her staff puts out, and it shows.Brisket is a schnauzer, so we had a tough time finding someone who had experience grooming his breed and availability on their schedule. Thankfully after a couple months we finally found spoiled petz. There was another groomer (who retired) and Amanda working there at the time and they did an amazing job. Amanda now takes care of Brisket regularly, and he adores her. Charcoal is a mixed breed and has an odd shedding/ non-shedding coat that they take care of well.I recommend this place especially since the owner is attentive and responsive to any hiccups that occur. Amanda is very sweet to my partner, the dogs and I and takes her time with each groom to ensure it comes out neat each time. The person who we had a hiccup with (Brooke) was taken off our account to be booked with and it seems like she may no longer work there.

Amazing groomers, who will listen and take care of your lil (or big) ones.Friendly staff, good with updates and time frames.Reasonable pricing, require a deposit but that makes sense, no shows cost money.If youre someone who goes back and forth and goes to random groomers give these guys a chance and let yourself be impressed

Unfortunately, this establishment was a disappointment. Despite opting for their services based on somewhat positive online reviews and their convenient location to us, our experience was not good at all. What was disappointing about our personal experience, was the fact that our two dogs were there for five hours and in the end, they didn't appear to have received a decent brush out. When booking the appointment online, we had specifically asked for and selected to have two groomers, one assigned to each dog so that they would then be groomed at the same time (9 a.m.) as to then not be in the shop for such a long time. Their system let us pick 9 a.m. for each dog and with 2 different people. So that is what we expected. When we showed up at 8:55 a.m. they were still closed. A couple minutes before 9 a.m. they arrived. Jennifer, the groomer that took our dogs, was very professional and apologetic, and explained to us that they were way overbooked. While, I appreciate her kindness and professionalism, the owner should be aware and realize that it is not the customers problem if they're overbooked. They did not honor having our two dogs be groomed at the same time, even though that is what we scheduled. So our two medium-sized 38 pound dogs, were there from 9 a.m. until about 1:45 p.m. (nearly 5 hours). Later that evening, one of our dogs was losing tons of hair, his undercoat was still coming up in chunks, which makes me wonder how much of a brush/blow out they even received. If they were overbooked that day, I guess I should not be surprised. But we were first time customers, wanting to give this place a shot. We've had dogs for 25 years and get them groomed every 6-8 weeks usually so we know what to expect and I can't recall ever having an experience like this one. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

Spoiled Petz does a great job grooming our Shepsky, he’s deshedded, brushed out, bathed, ears cleaned, nails trimmed and smelling good every 4 weeks! Thank you Spoiled Petz team!

They take great care of my sweet (elderly) girl! The groomers are friendly and detail-oriented. We are repeat customers and the service is always great!

Left 2 small poodle dogs, made it clear of matting and we were told about how long the process would take and that's understandable. After 4 hours we got a text saying they couldn't finish the cut because the dogs were "stressed". Please note that we have gotten them full shaved at other groomers and they never had any problems. Dogs were left with half haircuts. One leg shaved and the other one not. Both dogs immediately had to go pee and as soon as they got home they went straight to there water bowls. They went 3 hours without any potty breaks or any water. Both dogs were nervous and crying on the way home and while at home. Obvious discomfort with both dogs. Got offered to finish the haircut the next day with some "more experienced". If they could've just told us that there was a risk of not being able to finish the haircut then we would've just payed a cancellation fee.

Our big 9 year old roti/lab Abe was nervous. Well, those lovely groomers hugged and welcomed him with so much attention that he didn't even notice we were leaving! Later....Oh he smelled so good, Shiney coat, feathers trimmed just right. I'd say a better than perfect job! Thank you! And, I would also say a very fair price!!

The staff here is wonderful! Our two older dogs (pitbull (9) and lab (12)) came home happy and calm, rather than nervous and anxious (as has happened with other groomers). They've been back several times, each with the same result. The groomers are clearly animal lovers and so sweet with the girls. The business is run well and efficiently. We're so grateful to have found Spoiled Petz!

I got my Poodle Gia groomed here! Best groom ever! I will continue to take her here, she was happy when I picked her up, her cut was perfect! She didn’t mope around after! I could tell she was treated very well, everything was perfect and she smelled amazing! Thank you!!

I got my two crazy puppies done with a full bath and blow out. They smell AMAZING and are so clean. I am so thankful to not have all that hair! These girls are hard workers and so thorough!

.My golden retriever was in desperate need of grooming. long hair and dirty. They claimed she snipped at someone but my dog, you could do anything you want to and she would never, ever ever ever in life snip.I feel like I paid a decent amount for the grooming, but she still has toe hair, her sides aren't even, you can see a cut line on the top of her head, just very dissatisfied.The owner did reply to out unhappiness, and asked to removed my dissatisfaction, and offered us a $5 coupon. I did not except the coupon but did to decide to edit my review so it wasn't as harsh. I'm still very dissatisfied and added more photos. I'd also like to add that I NEVER said she mistreated, I just never had anyone tell me my Locks is a biter, and I just can't imagine her doing that to anyone EVER! One more thing, if she took 5 hours to groom, I would understand because of her bread, I just don't understand why she looked like she'd been done in a rush.

Spoiled Petz is the only groomer I’ll trust with my doggos! Every groomer there treats my dogs like their own and gets them in and out quickly. A previous grooming business shaved my golden and messed up the way her coat grew back. Spoiled Petz was able to get it back to normal right away! My dogs always look amazing after their appointment!

We love Spoiled Petz, but the grooming has been taking longer and longer… last time I dropped off at 1pm and our dog was the last groomed. Nearly 7pm. I watched through the window and it was a super rush job, hadn’t started cutting a single hair until after 6pm. Our dogs face was really badly trimmed. Ugh. Will use again based on past experiences but hope they can get the workloads evened out…

We love the new manager at Spoiled Petz. Our dogs take a little longer but the haircuts are so cute and look so good! We've been coming here for many years and love how much they love our dogs.

Dissapointed- and won't be back. I have been a customer for a couple years but recently the groomers and their service has changed. My last grooming in October was poorly done; my dog got half a haircut. I dropped my dog off for a 11:30am appointment. At 5:30 I arrived to pick him up - he had not even been worked on yet. The groomer told me it would be another 45min and she went to get him. There was multiple dogs barking in cages. I took my dog home immediately without being groomed. When he got home he was thirsty and has poop on his butt. I guess he sat in a cage all day with no water or potty breaks!. I hope Spoiled Petz ownership takes the time to hire groomers that care about animals and know what they are doing.
