Yes, place is horrible. Do not take your animals there you’ll call and make an appointment for doodle in a poodle and they tell you OK we got room for you. You can bring them in tomorrow or Wednesday. I made an appointment for Wednesday at 11 o’clock an hour later the owner calls me text me first and tells me oh we can’t do doodles anymore. I hope you understand and all this bullshit and then She calls me. I just hung up on her cause I ain’t got time for trash all she cares about his money she don’t care about the people in their animals horrible place.

We brought our beloved and highly emotional dog here today for his first grooming in quite some time (too long!). Not only does he look like a million bucks but we knew he'd be in good and patient hands with Ashlee. We really, really, really appreciated being able to breath easy knowing our guy was in great care. Thank you so much for taking care of our pup!

I was looking for a groomer in Reno and was impressed by the Google Reviews....and was not disappointed. The team was very warm. I felt very confident leaving my two Doodles. And the entire process was very tech-enabled which I love. Online booking, text reminders, etc. We will be back!

Highly recommend Spoiled Petz! Definitely a 5 Star experience for my puppy!
Great staff, and most importantly my puppy Pi had an amazing experience, in which I totally trusted the groomer (who was an Harry Potter fan!) and the staff!
My puppy Pi was perfect! He had a wonderful experience, and that’s what is important! Also, important was the trust that I put into the professionalism of the entire staff.
A bit of a snag at first, in which a misunderstanding was resolved by the courteous and kind owner.
All-in-all, I highly recommend taking your pooch to Spoiled Petz. 5 stars!

Spoiled Petz in North Reno is amazing! They always take such care of my baby, my 3 yo lab, and she’s always beautifully groomed when I get her back. They handle her with care and I’ve never had a complaint when I get her back from them, Jett, my lab. I think anyone would be great here, but I love how Destiny handled and cared for my lab. She came out looking like a million bucks! Totally worth it! I’m a regular and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! Thank you Spoiled Petz for having excellent staff, taking care of our fur babies, and making grooming a fast and easy process every time!

The ladies that helped us were incredibly sweet and made sure we were happy with our service. I asked for hair on ears to be cut shorter and no hesitation they got it done right then and there. I will be going back..thanks ladies

The staff was all so friendly & welcoming! Very accommodating. Darlene was our groomer and was so sweet and so friendly! She made me feel so comfortable as well as my 2 fur babies Ody & Taz!! She was very thorough with the consultation and patient and made sure she understood exactly how I wanted their fur cut and what length before starting. We came back to pick them up and not only were they perfectly groomed and taken well care of but she gifted them accessories collars that she hand makes and they looked so adorable!!!Thank you Darlene! ❤

We’ve tried so many groomers in the Tahoe/truckee/reno area. Spoiled petz is the best! They listen to what you want done and are supper gentle w out labradoodle! Highly recommend!
