Helpful staff that maintain a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I bought internet and the whole process from start to installation took only 2 hours, it was a lot cheaper than At&t as well.

Dont go in with cash inquiring about adding on devices to your account. You make them have to work w/o commission.
How dare i ask a question. I was cut off, then when trying to pay my bill, asked for my id which i handed over he then flopped it on the counter continued with his attitude so i gave it back. When i asked his name he wanted to mumble it and state he wont be serving me. Thats cool dude, customers are why you have a job. Make enough of us leave, guess who wont have a paying position in sales!

Had a great experience with Cesar at this location today. He handled our visit quickly and well. Moved two lines from Verizon to Spectrum. We were lucky and entered the store when it wasn't busy. By the time we left there were folks waiting.

Lately we have been helped by several employees there :Dion helped us several times and helped us find a new phone to buy there.Andy has helped us and a friend with several issues: lowering a bill by canceling tv , exchanging equipment, giving out new cables at no charge;Stephanie and Ally helped explain problems and suggested solutions.We always showed up without an appointment and still were helped promptly.We have received nothing but outstanding service at this store even though we were sent incompatible equipment originallyand one guy transferred all the information from the old phone to the new phone for us.One gal even labeled the ends of the free cable to help out friend install his new modem. He lost it and was supplied a replacement!Who could ask for better service than that!

Customer service is horrible. Bought a new iPhone and went in to get everything switched over. The young man helping me said the phone was locked and I had to go to the Apple Store. The young man at Apple said it was NOT locked. Went to another spectrum store and they helped me with no problem. Stopped back at the NW store to tell them and to advise it is okay to ask for help if you are unsure of something….no one person knows everything! The older gentleman that was there assured me that the associate that helped me was very knowledgeable, I said he was not and sent me clear across town for no reason. The older gentleman just dismissed me and responded with “Bye, have a good day ma’am “…I said “excuse me?” He repeated the same sentence. WOW
