Went there to purchace Tobbacco flavored vape juice. Found i had 5 dollors off for over $25. My order was $21.50 so I asked if there was any deals. Theclerk said that there was a buy 1 get 1 free deal so i decided to get those aswell. I relized my funds were limited so i told the clerk I would not be getting those 2 today and i would just stick with the Tobbaco flavored juice. He then completed the transaction. Then he gave me the 2 that were on sale not the juice i came in for. When i told him his mistake, he informed me that somehow it was my mistake... not his... and there was nothing he could do about it. The juice i bought was the same price as those 2, and should just give me what i purchased... not what he wanted ot get rid of... he said no... i remind you, this was his mistake, still his customer service skills being like a mugger on the street, basicly told me there was nothing he could or would do about it. I explained that i would no longer use this business and he snarkly said Ok. Well i, and my friends and family will no longer be using this shop, and i recomend no one else use it either!

Asked employee for specific flavor, paid and tested. Discovered the vape was the wrong flavor but since it was opened and worked he could not swap it out for the flavor I asked for. “They are not my rules” is not the correct resolution. Last time going here.

Beware of counterfeit vapes at all their locations!! They mix in real ones with counterfeits so you never know if you’re getting a real one or not. This has become a big problem in Reno!! Shop is nice but, prices to high with all the competition now. I’d steer clear of this one.

Less than one star. They are never open door says they are open everyday but I've been there 4 times in the last 3 days and the doors were locked and no one was inside. Don't even bother going there. Can't wait to see when they close down and what replaces them. Unless there laundering cash through there because they never get business.

Bought a pen and juice because I go to the school next door and as I took a hit from it the juice spit out and the pen burned my lip, it's my fault for not getting a disposable how I usually do but I definitely don't recommend the pens because exchange's aren't allowed

$10 for Marlboro. $6 for the cheep brand. Nothing special about this place. No reason to come here other then it's closer then any other shop.

I stopped in the shop one afternoon. The 2 workers had something going on. They were rude and no help, shoe size IQ. A bad way to run a shop.

Not 100% honest with their customersThey give useful tips but not 100% honest . WATCH OUT FOR SALESMEN /saleswomen . GO WITH YOUR GUT. I bought two smok products. Both work perfectly fine . Tips were given after I bought my second device .

If I could give this review 1 stars, I would. The reason why it is a 2 star is because the cashier working did greet and seemed nice. As I proceeded to ask questions about products, the information I was given seemed as if it were made up. I have been using these products for years. Walking into this business, I was hoping for some knowledgable insight. I don't believe the clerk knew very much about the products at hand (or just wasn't trained enough/hasn't learned enough about the products/believes whatever is said, the customer will believe).. which led me to go to another shop down the road. (Knuckle Dusters has very knowledgable personnel)In my opinion, if you don't know the answer, the response should be something like, "I'm not sure, but let me get the correct answer for you.." rather than feeding customers invalid information. Hope this changes enough for this specific clerk!

I paid $20 bucks for a carb cap that I had previously paid $6, yes $6 dollars from a liquor store right by my house. I work in the cannabis industry and I will definitely have to turn customers away from this place. I know for a fact you buy these caps for about a dollar a piece from tabacco island. $20 is what you got to lose a crap ton of customers! Hope it was worth it!
