I have been coming to this smoke shop for almost a year now and will continue to come here. He lowered the price on my favorite product 2 times because I come in so often. He's a great business man and has great customer service. He treats you like a friend. I'm very impressed with his business and family. I hope you guys continue to stay blessed in your business.

"Best price in town" more like the worst. 3.24 retail for element 1 1/4 Place is a bad as they come. Glass is all imported garbage. Steer clear. Reno needs more shops that care about quality like art dogs and grace.

I purchased a whip cream dispenser from here as soon as I got home I tried to make some whip cream and the CO 2 canisters would not fit so I call him and tell him it's not working and tell him I'm coming down he has the door locked comes up and says there's no returns or exchange and refuses to even look at the product and see for himself it does not work N he said that I was trying to threaten him I asked him how did I threaten him and his response were all sales are final so I said well I didn't say that you did and even if I said that that's not a threat

Dude this place is so fucked. I got a vape from them and i made sure to hit it in store so that if anything was wrong i could switch it out. Like any other vape shop your at your able to do that. So i did and it was hit after i had finished hitting it. I showed the guy he was super hesitant and i was like it not my fault you have a faulty vape. i picked another one out and it did the same thing for the first couple hits then stopped so i was like on edge about it but i just let it go because it had stopped. I went home and it started going off without me so i took a video and went back the next day. The same guy was there but someone else to maybe a boss i don't know. But he literally yelled at me and was like "no you listen, i don't know you i don't know if your lying or where you got that." And the other guy that i bought it from was right there and i said yeah he knows me i was just here. And he started backing me up but he's a bitch so when his boss chimed in and was like i don't care he shut his mouth. Fuck that place they suck they have bad vapes. I have never been treated like that nor have i been to a place who wouldn't make it right

I came here to get a disposable vape and I even checked the QR code on the box and it took me to some random website and my vape went burnt after a day!! Be aware of counterfeit vapes!!!

This place totally ripped me off on a vape he pressure sold me a vape told me i needed bateries and it took a usb charger i went back he gave me wrong charger kept the batteries wich were 4 x the price if charger said i would be back at 9 am before i left town to get the right charger and ge wasnt open and i spent 450.00 at this place,poor customer service total rip off dont shop there he is a thief

Wonderful experience at this store both times I have had a need to go. The gentleman on 7/2/2020 was even able to negotiate with me since I didn’t have quite enough for my purchase after tax. I would highly recommend.
