I absolutely love this location. It is very well kept, well stocked, and very friendly. The prices are great. The app helps with saving even more, and I get a lot of gas for cheap because of the rewards system. This location is LGBTQ friendly and has a diverse selection of products for all cultures. I definitely recommend this location.

Crystal from order pickup is so sweet. Somehow when I pulled up and parked she had already remembered my name and face. She brought out my groceries before I even had time to check in online.

Improving on organics, offering varieties of products, but still need to repair a giant pothole in the parking lot!

Why is it necessary to close half of the self check-out? The line starts to back up and still they keep half of them closed. I've witnessed this even during some of the busiest hours of the day like when people get off work around 5:00 p.m. It's irritating. I like shopping here I like the personnel but if this keeps up I'm going somewhere else.

Very rude service from Sharnice. My husband went in there to the Western Union. She said the number didn't exist. I went I'm there, she was in office on her phone and closed the door on me. She was texting. She did the same thing to another guy. She found my husband 's Western Union number right away. If you don't want to work then don't come to work to give rude service and people away.

Calling all LGBTQIA+ community. Yesterday 7-11 my daughter who happens to be transgender took the bus up to this store. As soon as she walked in she went to get a drink from Starbucks. When she tried to pay she wanted to break her 100$ bill. The lady at the counter said they don't take hundreds. So my daughter grabbed other money and paid for her drink, then began walking around the store to do a little shopping. Having never shopped at a Smith's store before she asked her boyfriend to grab her phone so she could look on the Walmart app and compare prices. As soon as she got her phone a manager named Rachel came up to my daughter and her boyfriend and told them they need to leave. The manager said that my daughter was stealing and had tried to pay for her Starbucks with a fake hundred dollars bill. My daughter pulled out the only bill she had in her wallet handed to the manager and the manager verified the bill was real. But then tells my daughter the bill she verified wasn't the bill my daughter tried to pay with. Mind you the lady at Starbucks didn't even touch the bill that my daughter originally tried to pay with. They than say that people accused my daughter of putting merchandise in her bag. My daughter put her circle bottle in her bag when she walked into the store and took her phone out of her bag. They then kick my child out of the store. Humiliating her by making her leave. She distraught called me at work and told me what happened. I called the store and the manager Rachel answered. She immediately was rude calling me sir multiple times. Which I tried to correct her. Then she told me my daughter was a thief and a liar and hung up on me. I feel like my daughter was stereotyped as soon as she walked through the door. Clearly these people don't like LGBTQIA people. My child ended up walking home in tears.

Better prices then Wal-Mart with Smiths card. It's definitely got a great selection. Plus you get fuel points.

I’m a veteran with both physical disability and mental illness so I choose this particular Smith’s store cause of the high review score but I found my experience anything but a “1” and that’s because there isn’t anything lower. The way I was ignored by associates who couldn’t care less if I asked for help was meet with even worse customer experience by associates that couldn’t be bothered. Forget that I’m a veteran but that I’m a customer. Instead I was treated like some sort of person here to steal. I can confirm this because of there choice to hide behind the shelf’s and stare at me will I struggled with the silly Smith’s app. during checkout. Not one person decided to maybe ask if I needed help while I stand there for over 20 mins at the self checkout stations.
