12/5/24 1110am I spoke with a pharmacist who was rude and placed me on hold then later disconnecting the phone. My questions were not answered and I’ve been getting meds from them since 2021. It’s time to change my pharmacy this location has the most unprofessional and rude staff.

Thank you, Smiths! I love your grocery pickup. I would say 90% of the time it has been a good experience. There have been 2 times I had items missing and customer service refunded it immediately. There's only been one occasion where my order was missing half the items & it was remedied quickly! I love that I can do a same day grocery pickup. Now if only you carried my dog food- I could go to only this store! I love the fuel points especially in this economy & all the digital coupons. You are my go to store! Thank you so much for that grocery pickup- as a mom of 3 it is is a LIFE SAVER!

A short little shopping trip, but a nice one at least!The store was very clean and clear of clutter! The aisles were all very well organized, and the employees were all nice.The food I went in to grab was made quickly, packaged for me quickly, and a cheap price too!Definitely a nicer looking Smith's than the one back in Sparks, give this Smith's a try, it's a good one!

Smith's used to be one of my favorite places to shop. If I go by employees, it's still one of my favorite places, but it is disturbing that they are pushing certain ethnicities out of the multicultural aisle and increasing room for other ethnicities. I think everybody deserves the same amount of space, and they've taken out things that Were really great fines that we couldn't find anywhere else! I'd heard that the Asian food has become more and more scarce, but I hadn't seen it until today. They literally cut it in half, then jammed a bunch of stuff up on top where nobody can get to it, as if they're trying to hide it. They had something that I could only find there, vegetarian meat that didn't taste like vegetarian meat, and it was actually the right texture as well, but it's now gone. It was a great snack, I'm not a vegetarian, but I really liked it! It's the only place we could find it, and now we can no longer get it. There are some noodle bowls that we typically buy, and they aren't there anymore either. we found some great deals today, I like that they at least mark down their stuff when it's getting close to the sell by date, but they didn't even have a whole lot of ground bee, except for the really fatty, or the really lean, and neither works for what I need it for, I need it somewhere in between, and there was none. We ended up having to order it from Walmart. Smith's used to be where we could find whatever we needed, and they were rarely out, but that isn't the case anymore.

When compared to other Smith's locations in Nevada, this location is middle of the road. The aisles are clean and well stocked, there is available help from team members as needed, and the checkout lines are generally speedy. Their curbside pickup is also usually very quick and convenient.Three complaints: 1. The staff acts as though they would rather be doing anything else than being there 2. There tend to be a lot of differences in inventory that the app states is available and what is actually present 3. Their red meat selection and variety is mediocre. Other than these three things, it's really a decent store. As far as the staff, I frankly understand their behavior but it would be appreciated if they pretended to be a little happier to help at least haha. I tend to do curbside pick up a lot. This store is very convenient for that and their process of ordering through the app is very easy. They also tend not to be busy so they get your order to you fast!

I know that every time I come to this Smith Location I have a pleasant experience. I love coming here because they have an awesome manager and Suzzy the cashier who helped me out today is just so awesomely efficient and customer skills oriented. She greets you, and smiles at you best of all she very good at her cashier skills, fast and efficient like few in the world of cashiering. She don't make you waste your time when ringing up your items and I love that. We need more Susie's in the jobs!!! Also when I had challenging times in having ringing my baby items where wic products were not accurately taken by the system I have encountered nothing but excellent service from management. Thanks to many Smith employees for doing a great job in helping the community!!

I went to Smith's Pharmacy for the first time to get a prescription filled from urgent. The drop-off and pick up process was efficient, simple, and I got my medication in about an 1 hour. Smith's uses the GoodRx cards, and it was easy to register my medications under the assistance card for my medication. I loved that they are open on Sunday.

Got a vaccine here one time. Yeah, it was pretty epic. The pharmacist looked like he was into metal or something, but no tattoos, just professional and friendly glasses. He was tall too. I was a bit scared to get my vaccine (needles are the worst!). But, the homie calmed me down and let me know it was going to be "chill". Yeah, it was chill. Thank you mystery pharmacist.

I go to the Lemmon Valley Smiths almost daily. They have great digital coupon deals and they just recently remodeled. There is a Starbucks inside now! This Smiths use to have the best deals, but the prices have slightly gone up after the remodel. It is very clean and modern looking now, but that is definitely reflected in the prices. I still shop here for most of my grocery needs since they are still cheaper than Raleys and have decent meat and produce. They are still a good one stop shop! I like to get the 2 piece chicken meal deal from the hot bar. You get to choose from fried breasts, thighs, drumsticks, or chicken tenders. You also get your choice of 2 non protein sides. The meal was $4.99 a year ago, and now it is $7. Still a good deal especially with all of the different sides you get to choose from.

As a veteran handicap person it sure would be nice if people who were entering the Store to actually use the IN DOOR AND NOT THE OUT DOOR. Next time you try to push either back or try to make me move I'm not going to I'll surely make you exit the way you came in. I might have a handicap but at 6'5" 250 lbs I'm sure that you wouldn't be able to make me move. Wake up and use the correct door.
