Just got our bed here. Gus was extremely thorough and was able to answer each question I asked him. Both staff were extremely helpful and approachable. I was hesitant at first coming here because previous reviews but glad we came in, especially for the holiday sales.

The bed is built to fit you and has dual capabilities to allow your sleep partner to be comfortable as well. Never slept so great till I tried them. Would definitely not recomend,whe we went to look at the beds I explained to Sslesman Manny that I was disabled with scoliosis in my back and have several surgeries.I explained that I could not get comfortable and was hoping a sleep number bed may help me.Our salesperson told us that was one of the biggest advantages of a smart bed,if I didn't like it I could return with no questions asked up to 100 nights.After calling at 80 days I was told absolutely no probLen,they would they would give me a complete refund for the mattress,however the useless bed frame which costed $800.00 more than the mattress.So make sure you pay attention to the small print,or you too may end up with a $2500.00 bed frame that is totally useless,not to mention fact that I had to pay $250.00 to send it back,total scam.They did however refund the mattress at $1500.00 what a joke,bed never felt like bed in store,in order to adjust bed frame you had to get up and open an app on your phone.I am so sorry I allowed myself to be suckered into this.They took advantage of a disabled senior citizen,shame on you.Shoppers beware

Don't take my word, check their Facebook page and see how many people dislike the beds but more importantly the atrocious customer service. They do delete the most critical comments and block users from commenting if they comment too negatively or talk with other abused customers.Imagine what happens when the bed breaks in a year or so. I have yet to wait less than 40 minutes on the phone, there is no call back option, and I have left messages that go unreturned. The chat can't help but answer sales questions, no actual customer service, the moderators on FB just apologize and can't help, and no email, they make it beyond difficult to get to a person who can actually help. This is their business model. The warranty is not 15 years, it is 1 and is laughably prorated after that. Like I said, check the reviews and the comments. Even if the beds are comfortable or not, it doesn't matter if Customer Service is non existent.

Worst bed experience ever! You don't get a 100 day trial! Only on mattress and you cannot return the base, (this is not disclosed until you finalize paperwork, not part of the original order). This is an overpriced air mattress and they decive you on 100 day trial. The base is the most expensive price and you can't return it...but that is in the "fine print". You expect a company to be upfront with their return policy...but....buyer be ware!!!! Plus you have to buy their sheets to try it (over priced) and those sales are final as well.

They have had my $10,000 payment since August. They cancelled delivery twice by 30 days. Their service is a joke. The Reno Manager does not follow up. I've been on hold for over 2 hours trying to get a refund. 1 star is way too high. Worst service I've ever had by any company in my life.

Really nice place. Customer service is 1st class. No high pressure to buy today. I got to try out different thicknesses of foam and found the perfect match for me. Easy & ample parking.
