This is the first internet company that calls to see how your internet service is.Friendly people and amazing. The only real problem we ever had was when a different company cut the lines that we were getting pur transmission from. Still up and working with in a short time period.

SkyFiber is an excellent internet service company. I've had them for over 3 months and from my initial contact through today, it has been a pleasure and painless experience. The internet speed has not failed once, and is 75% faster than my very painful AT&T experience. The customer service is excellent, and I love being able to talk with a human! Run to switch to SkyFiber!!!

I was having trouble with my wifi connection and having to wait up to 10 minutes to connect. Received a card from Ski Fiber networks in the mail and decided to call them. Yesterday they came out and installed their system. Now I turn my computer on and I connect immediately. The young men made sure the install was specific to our needs. It is so nice to have a company in the same city as we are. They will be monitoring our system and can fix most problems before I even know about it. Even though we just started with them I would recommend you call them and see what their company is all about. They are new to the Cold Springs area in Reno.

Excellent coverage & service. The installer Josh was prompt on time, called us when he was on his way, explained everything. Highly recommended, even has done a couple followups.

The internet is always dropping and you never get a consistent download speed half the time the speed is half of what you originally had for your plan for example my plan is supposed to be a 50X25 I'm averaging 25Mbps or lower speedsand upload is right around 5Mbps to 10Mbps

Overpriced and unreliable service. down every week when you need it most. Customer service is non existent no compensation or communication for downtime. I lost my job because of this unreliable service, they wont care.

Kaitlyn in the office is very nice, knowledgeable, and answer's all your questions.Josh the technician does a great job!Very professional, personable, and knowledgeable.Kept me informed of what he was going to do as he was doing the installation.He did a great job and made things neat & tidy.Great people & company!

Super fast to set up. I called and they were out in 2 business days to get me going. Tech was nice he sent me text updates throughout the install (I was unable to answer my phone). I have already recommended to family and friends.

Internet sucks where we are. It’s off more than on. Constantly have to call to have it figured out. Send someone out here already to fix this issue if you’re going to continue offering service. It’s not just ours!!! ASHLEY absolutely needs a raise too! She’s literally THE ONLY ONE who has helped me! Thank you Ashley

I am a demanding internet user. I need consistent uptime and a low latency connection and Sky Fiber has been great.Any technical problems I have are addressed quickly.Support is available in the middle of the night; I have actually been able to reach someone at 2am and they're always friendly and patient (even when you're grumpy and impatient) and will promptly get back to you if you have to leave a message.This is the best experience I've had with an ISP.

Best internet hands down in the middle of no where. AT&T only goes up to 25mbps if you’re lucky, sky fiber on the other hand 500+mbps with no lag, perfect for big gamers I have 3 xboxs running at the same time and no lag and still have a great connection

Where we are, up in way north reno all we had was satellite and a faint cellphone signal. I hesitated to try sky fiber due to what may be some unfair reviews. The best I could pull off was an intermittent 1mbs with a very expensive verizon line or practically nonexistent partyline service via hughesnet. I ordered the 7.5 mb plan just to test the waters.Installation was a bit meh visually but functionally perfect. It's a fall storm outside and I'm testing between 10.5 to 11 mbpsUpdate: a couple years later and I'm pretty damn happy.Only issues I have is when it's super stormy out and even then it's still decent.Quick response from tech support and decent speedsHoping to have their new advanced service as soon as they cover that "little dead patch" in their service area(nudge nudge)?
