I have been shopping at Ski Pro for a few years. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Today I got some good tips on how to fix my goggles. I have had a similar issue in the past with my goggles and other shops have just told me they were not fixable but Ski Pro gave me tips on how to fix them. They always have great options for gear as well with very competitive prices. Their turn around on work always as promised. Highly recommend.

Great place to rent ski gear in Reno, NV. Personalized attention, you are actually measured to fit gear to your needs, plus the pickup/return timings are very convenient.
I will definitely rent again here on my next trip to ski Tahoe.

Scarlet and Miles were absolutely amazing. We came in with a large group of 10, and Scarlet multitasked like a pro—getting everyone sized up with their boots and boards efficiently while still giving each person great attention. Both Scarlet and Miles demonstrated true professionalism and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Handling a group our size isn’t easy, but they made the entire rental process smooth, organized, and stress-free. Outstanding service all around.

Highly recommend Ski Pro Reno! While visiting the area we have rented snowboard equipment a few times now, the gear is in great shape and the employees are super nice. Special shout out to 'Chris' in rentals who very patiently showed us how to adjust the boots and equipment!

World class customer service EVERY TIME I go in . Most recently
December 26th 2025 I think his name is Nate dark hair walks like an athlete in the ski sharpening department and wax department walked 2 pair of my skis outside. This is about the 4th time I have had world class customer service from Nate. I pointed him out to one of his managers
I strongly recommend buying your ski and board gear ski clothes etc at this place
I've been all over the world Skiing or Golfing etc and eat out 5 days a week.
This place is the BEST customer service I have had in life

This place is great. People there are so friendly and willing to help. I got my kids seasonal ski rentals here and it was affordable and a easy straight forward process. That said, I think there are better shops in town for technical high end / fully featured boot fits, but if you're not navigating any major fit issues, or finicky feet, you can't really ask for much better from a place offering a free service. I highly recommend for 99% of skiers.

Great ski shop with a variety of selections and great prices. Andrew was a huge help with getting my first setup started. He was very informative and knowledgeable about each component of my board and the purpose behind them. Would definitely come back whenever in town for any needs.
