Great location and proximity to Reno Ballroom events. Even with advanced filter systems, the entire space has that old cigarette smoke smell.

Never seen guests treated so disrespectful by members of security. Wanna see people getting pushed around by security while minding their business? This is your place. Played poker coast to coast. Unbelievable.Edit: to address the comment from managementWhile your response sounds nice and all it seems the locals are well aware of the reputation of "the row" and have been for years. Your (nonexistent) efforts to better serve have not been successful. This review isn't for you but to warn those who may be ignorant of how things are run in your establishment. Just shameful.

Room was nice, clean, great view of the mountains. lobby was large, gaudy, and stunk of cheap perfume and cigarettes but it’s a casino so what else would you expect. Service behind the counter was sluggish. took a long time to get our room keys. Microwave as mandated in our hotel contract was in a completely different building, way too much of a hassle to get to. Long walk from the front door too. Disappointed that I may have to return at some point.

Loved our room, spacious and nice. We had the suite with a tub in the living room area.I like the choices with The Row. Gaming for me is generally El Dorado, but rooms are nicer at Silver Legacy. Since it's Caesars Rewards you get credit for staying and playing at all 3, Circus Circus (worst), El Dorado, and Silver Legacy.Rooms: We had a great King Suite. Loved the room, bed, pillows, and space.Walkability: I generally don't walk much, but River Walk is a nice escape. I don't recommend late or dark night walks.Food & drinks: Many food options at The Row, River Walk, and downtown.

Conveniently close to the airport with a free shuttle ride taking 10 minutes. Cheap rooms there to entice the gamblers in.

They lost my luggage , claimed that I had an old tag,IT WAS THE Tag that "They" themselves issued me.Why would I give them an old tag and where would I get such a thing. THEY HANDLED IT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and I never got back my luggage!!!Food & drinks: I waited 25 minutes for someone to acknowledge me in their coffee shop. I gave up and walked out after not even a hello .Very poor service,I mentioned it to the hostess on the way out and she just stared at me with this blank look.

We were there for a show and had a blast! Room was a little dated, but all in all, we had a wonderful time!

As other reviewers noted, the property is very dated and showing its age. Lobby and hallways smell like cigarettes covered by air freshener. The self check in was really convenient. The elevators were 50% broken, resulting in long waits and crowded elevator rides. The $40 resort fee on top of your booking is absolutely not worth it for what you get. The room was fine.Rooms: Room was fine, but again showing age. I could hear music coming from somewhere (pool maybe?) into the night and early morning.
