Needing some UNR clothing for an upcoming football game and realizing I don't own any despite having earned multiple degrees from UNR, I stopped by Silver and Blue knowing I'd be able to find something for myself and my husband. The store is fully stocked and the staff is incredibly helpful. I was in and out within ten minutes finding not only clothes branding my alma mater that I needed but actually liking the ones I chose because the selection was so good. Go Pack!!

Store has ok merchandise but the return policy is awful. Girls working the counter seem to be more interested in FB and IG than helping customers. I tried to return two hats without a receipt (after Christmas, wrong size) and was told no receipt, no return. Took the lady's lip and showed up the next day with my receipt to only get store credit (because that's all they offer). I used the store credit to buy a shirt and some kids clothes so I wouldn't have to go back and I won't go back until they improve on their customer service and change the return policy. The return policy is and I quote, NO returns after 30 days, NO returns/exchanges without a receipt, NO CASH BACK, and you have to take the attitude that goes along with it all while the cashier updates their FB status. The no cash back part is a big sticking point, stand behind what you sell and don't hold your customers hostage by only giving store credit.
