Another great family owned and operated business! They are extremely knowledgable and offer some of the best supplement brands on the market. I've been getting my hormones custom compounded with them for years.

My wife and I are the first people to pay for their nasal spray formulation of semaglutide. So far, even with diet and exercise, we have seen no results. I'm happy to provide an update to my review if we start to see a change when it comes to our weight loss. I just want people to be aware if they are considering this alternative to one of the branded semaglutide options. We paid $370 for less than a 30 day supply and once we get to their maintenance dose, the $370 cost may only last two weeks. I point this out in case you are comparing costs for other options.

I came here many years ago when I first moved to Reno. The staff is so nice! My vet has an online pharmacy which I switched to but they no longer carry the Rx we need. What I like most is not much has changed since I first came here and that's a good thing. I'm not giving 5 stars only because of price. The Rx is more than $10 higher than what I'd been paying online and I had to pay for shipping. I wish they offered a Senior discount. Both my furbaby and I are Seniors!

As a medical research writer, I understand and thing or two with how the pharmaceutical industry works. You're diagnosed with an illness, you go to your GP for help, they evaluate your condition and then prescribe a drug to help alleviate symptoms. You leave with a script and hope for the best. However, with Functional and Integrative medicines becoming the forefront in complete healthcare, most patients want the illness or condition to go away completely. That takes more than your GP prescribing drugs. It takes a doctor that has gone back to school to get certified and trained in a deeper understanding of the complete body and its systems and medicine. Dr. John Burton has done so much to go deeper in his education as a Compounding pharmacist. I truly wished he was cloned! We need more Dr. Burton's that understand that testing is crucial to finding answers to get to the root causation of illness. Yes, does it cost a wee bit more? Yes. But now you get answers to why all that illness or condition started in the first place and a way to heal. Dr. Burton does consultations and will ask for further testing to get the answers he needs to properly set you up for success, and hopefully complete healing. He is also incredibly up to date on the newest protocols and methods in medicine. I know, because I write about these new innovations in medicine. He doesn't just push scripts, either. He will suggest lifestyle and nutrition changes, as well as support supplements and occasion medications to mitigate issues. Every single staff member I have worked with has been well educated, and extremely courteous. I am grateful that we have a PCAB certified Compounding pharmacy in Reno!

This is the worst pharmacy I have encountered. They change medicine suspensions without notifying customers, do not follow best practices, are demeaning when they are asked questions, and do not notify customers when they drop their insurance.

Went in here for the first time a few days ago to pick up a prescription. The pharmacists took time to explain the Medication in detail & answer any of my questions - I believe his name was Brant. Very pleasant experience - look forward to using them more in the future. They also have a wide variety of supplements and I was very impressed that they only seem to carry very high quality brands.

The staff is so patient and professional. When I once lost my medication, which I've never done before, I called and was very anxious but the staff referred me to the pharmacist who was able to reassure me that he can call my insurance & see if they may refill my medication. They got me my medication that same day and delivered it to my home. Now I'm not saying that they're going to be able to do this for everyone if they lost their medication but they were professional, patient, understanding and determined to help. That's what makes them stand out from all the other pharmacies in my opinion.Thank you so much for helping me. I appreciate the work you all did.

Called in a prescription that the program I am on is a type of acid to be administered every night and I did not realize the night before I would be out. Asked the girl if it could possibly be rushed and explained my dilemma. She said sure and mailing would just take a couple days-I do not have a car. I now know they will say and agree to anything just to get one off the phone because it is now 11 days later and no medicine but they have charged my bank account 4 days earlier. They called saying they mailed mine to the wrong address and wanted that one back and then I would get mine. They already have their money but I have missed out on what will now be 13 days of daily treatments-they are closed on Saturday and Sunday so add two more days onto what was to be my "hopefully" rushed order. Its nice to know the previous ladies review was positive because they had hers filled and in her hands in a couple hours the same day and they worked overtime. I was not so lucky. I also found out they had mailed my medicine to some guy who opened it and called the pharmacy. They called but I had an emergency and didn't message until I was able to but I guess overtime to correct their mistake was too much to wish for or dropit off at door or apt. office. I can only trust that it was not tampered with but I will never know because I'm sure I will not get a new bottle. I have not opened his envelope so he will not have anything to worry about. Poor service and why should they care if I won't get it for 13 days (not open Sat or Sun)-it's nothing they personally are needing. Hopefully at least the other guy got his refilled and maybe Monday I can resume what 13 days ago should have happened with my "rush" orderJulie V.

I have a company that bought compounding products from Sierra. I personally never had any interaction with them but during this virus challenge we needed medical supplies to protect our medical staff and our patients. Someone told me on social media that they had just been to Sierra the day before and they had some masks. So I called and was told they were out of them but they would check with there pharmacy at Incline and call me back. They did just that, arraigned to have them shipped to Reno for me to pick up. This was not a big sale for them and probably more time and trouble for them to do this for me. Every company should aspire to have a team that is happy to help and follow up when they say they will.

Although my daughters script wasn't covered, I wanted to review the professionalism, cleanliness, and overall calling and quick experience. The staff was excellent and the script was ready in a decent time frame.
