Horrible customer service in all departments. We have a maintenance agreement but service is slow, response from rep is nil. It takes several emails and phone calls to get issues addressed, from toner to service calls to invoicing issues.

Poor experience with Sierra Office Solutions! This company is notorious for not ever returning customer phone calls nor e-mails when there is an emergency! Multiple times, our Xerox that we leased from Sierra Office wasn't working. Most of the times, the color printing was not working well and the printer was printing yellow color outlines on all the black. This was never fixed and they did absolutely nothing to fix it or help us. Another time, we ran out of ink and according to the contract they are to monitor our toner levels and ship us toner before we run out. Well, one day we were completely out of black toner and the entire Xerox shut down and didn't allow us to print anymore. I noticed a replacement toner was not shipped to us and when we contacted the company, they said they were out of stock on black toner and there is nothing they can do to help us! Really? Nothing! Why not, bring over a back up copier / printer for us so we can resume business operations. They do not care if your business operations shuts down due to being out of toner. They blamed it on slow shipping and covid as an excuse. Save yourself a hassle and do not sign up this company. You will only experience problems after you sign the contact. Also, they automatically signed us up for another 12 month contract without my consent, telling us we didn't give notice or intent to cancel within 60 days so they locked us into another 12 months and sent us a bill for $1,000.00 to pay before they can opt us out of the next 12 months they trapped us into. Terrible experience. Do not be tricked by this company's smiles when they come to meet you persuading you to sign the contract. Do not recommend at all. STAY AWAY!

Terrible company. They do not honor their supplies contracts. Toner never shows up on time and machine is constantly down because of it. Absolute waste of time and money. My supposed account rep never actually responds. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Awful!! ZERO stars!After chatting online with Jen ensuring they can service the printer, then receiving a call confirming the model, then getting a quote via email and paying in advance online, I then receive a call from Annie saying they have no technicians in the area available and they are going to refund the payment! I was given some story about due to covid no techs available at the moment in which case why was it not scheduled out later?

Zero out of five stars if it would allow! Horrible customer service. Left us without a copy machine for over a month and then would not work with us on getting rid of our broken machine.Ended up having to go with another vendor just to get a machine that would work.
