I stumbled upon this shop as a short female looking for a small but mighty mtb. They were the only shop within an hour that had my size in stock to try. I have never felt so welcomed in a bike shop before. The entire team was so incredibly nice and actually interested in helping. Their love of bikes shows and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new bike, parts, etc. I only wish they were closer to me!

Leon and his crew are great, adjusted handle and leaver for my grip as well as fine tuning both front and rear air shocks for my weight. And the price was right

We had a little confusion over what service I requested and although they conducted more than I requested they honored my request. Everytime I go in their shop we're met with nice customer friendly and knowledgeable service.

I ordered parts directly from their website, I was able to pick them up in just a couple of days. Ted was very helpful when trying to fit my Wife for a new seat for her road bike. He spent too much time with us based on how busy the store was but he never wavered. In the end, I think we made a good choice with his guidance.I always recommend Sierra Cyclesmith to anyone who asks where to get bicycle accessories and service work.

Just saw you guys featured in the JustKnate video helping out Tony with his bike! The shop looks so awesome. Lots of people down on their luck use bikes as a means of transportation. Would be great to have a trustworthy place they could use for repairs etc. I’m sure Knates community is more than ready to cover those costs. ?
