I have purchased two Corvettes from Sierra Classics and I could not be more pleased with Dave and Jay regarding price, communications and service. In 2021 I purchased a 2017 zo6 and they were so helpful in getting the car to a garage that I chose to have the car inspected all in a very timely manner. I have had this car for almost two years and could not be more pleased.Just recently I purchased a 1965 Stingray and again the purchase was most enjoyable and Jay was and continues to be most helpful from shipping to follow up. Here is some of the things that stood out with my dealings with them, first they were willing to work with me on pricing because that is where it all begins and they are honest folks and easy to work with especially for me being an out of state buyer and not physically present. Many thanks Dave and Jay!

In July of 2022 I purchased, sight unseen, a 1967 Ford Mustang. A dream car I had been chasing for nearly 40 years. Unfortunately the entire experience was horrible and completely lacking in professional business dealing and customer service. After seeing the Mustang listed on one of the classic car sites I was searching, I reached out and initially spoke with David, the owner of Sierra Classics. The car was listed at $36,000/obo. This was more than I was looking to spend but for a car that was in great mechanical and body shape, I was willing to spend the money up front instead of sinking it into repairs.David told me of a few things that were wrong with the vehicle.1. The shift linkage was bad2. There was a small dent in the hood3. The AC needed to be recharged4. The car did not have power steeringThen David and I discussed price. I offered $30,000 which was flatly refused. We then haggled a bit. The only thing David would offer was to throw in transportation of the vehicle from Reno to my home in Phoenix. Why offer OBO if you aren't even willing to accept a lower offer? In the end I did verbally agree to that after David explained to me that Hot August Nights was coming up and he'd be able to sell the Mustang there at auction for even more than his asking price. So he turned up the pressure a bit to get me to agree. My fault, I should not have agreed to those terms.David's grandson Jay contacted me, and one thing that we did not discuss in my initial conversation with David that concerned me was the taxes. The deal did not include taxes, which I would have to pay in Arizona. This effectively added $2,000 to my cost. So I asked Jay to knock that 2 grand off. Eventually I ended up talking with David again. He tried to guilt me, pressure me, again brought up the August car event, and in the end I walked away from the deal. Two days later, Jay called me to ask if we could negotiate something to make this happen. In the end, they accepted $35,000, which Jay told me David was not happy about, and I eventually bought the vehicle. The shipping was not done to my instructions and the vehicle was delivered when I was out of state. I was very clear with Jay about that but those instructions were not relayed to the shipper. I was supposed to have confirmation before it was picked up. That never happened. When the vehicle was delivered, it barely ran. I have a video taken by my friend that received the vehicle for me of it stalling about 4 times as the driver tried to move it off the truck and into my garage. The vehicle was in dire need of a tune up. Which I did myself. A simple thing that should have been done before the vehicle was sold. Also the door locks didn't work. I called Jay about this. He was supposed to send me a door lock kit or credit me the cost of one, but he never did. I replaced the locks myself.I am now over $5000 in repairs and there is still more to go. For the moment the vehicle is mechanically sound and runs fairly well. I had it inspected by a local shop that specializes in classic Mustangs. The car was sold to me with 12 year old, cracking tires. The Master Cylinder was bone dry and leaked when refilled. It is a miracle I had any braking capability at all. The shift linkage did have to be rebuilt, AC recharged because there was a hose leak, wheel bearings were shot, radiator was bad (the fluid was filled with rust), the vehicle was overheating, the thermostat was bad and had to be replaced, the electric choke wire was running over the fuel rods and had clearly melted the wire covering, the sway bars were disconnected, the belts squealed, the floor will need sections replaced, one of the tailpipes had broken the solder joint, the horn had been rewired to a small button that had been mounted under the steering column (this is an easy fix in this model Mustang and requires the replacement of a spring in the horn assembly), the fuel sending unit failed due to a previously bad repair, the list goes on...Worst vehicle purchase of my life.

Very disappointed in this dealership. We purchased a 1923 T-Bucket from Jay, when we went to register it in CA we had issue. After 3 months of DMV, State Referee stations and Hwy Patrol we found out that the T-Bucket is NOT a 1923 and we will not be able to register it as one. We have reached out to Jay to to avail. Very, very disgusted with this dealer. Buyer beware!

We purchased a **** **** **bucket from the grandson ***, when it came to register it in ********** we have had nothing but issues. After 4 months of dealing with DMV, State Referee Stations and the CA Hwy Patrol we found out that the **Bucket is NOT an official ****, meaning NOTHING on this vehicle is a **** part, not the frame (as listed on their website), not even the body of the vehicle. It is a Kit Car. So we paid top dollar for a Kit Car!!! We have reached out to this dealership numerous times with no help from anyone there. I filed a not so nice comment on Yelp, their manager gave us various reasons for these problems and said it normal and that *** would reach out to us. That was over 2 weeks ago, still haven't heard from anyone. We are VERY disappointed with this dealership and would not recommend you purchase a vehicle from them.

Sierra Classics is Awesome! I recently purchased a vintage Toyota from them and I'm extremely happy with the quality vehicle they sold me as well as my overall buying experience with them. Their asking price was very fair price for the vehicles condition. And that says a lot considering I am picky.I'm an out-of-state buyer and they made the process very smooth and secure. Anthony was professional & super helpful with all of the paperwork and gained my trust very quickly and I wire transferred the money with confidence and no second thoughts. David the owner was going to be in my area soon after purchase and he personally delivered the vehicle to me. He's a stand-up guy. After I received it, he followed up with me to make sure everything was satisfactory on my end. He is a very honest & fair man-and it's obvious he runs his business with the highest level of integrity. Aiming for the highest level of customer satisfaction. Both Anthony and David provided excellent customer service and I have intentions for more future purchases from them. I have already told Friends about Sierra Classics.I'd highly recommend Sierra Classic's to anyone considering purchasing here. It's hard to find great people like David and Anthony to do business with nowadays, Sierra Classics is wonderful. 5 Stars and then some! Thanks for the Toyota-I love it.-Danny

I recently purchased a Shelby Daytona Coupe from Sierra Classics & Imports and I was very pleased with the vehicle and the service I received. This was my first time buying a vehicle online and from out of state no less. Thanks to Anthony Cuccia, General Sales Manager, for providing multiple local garages that could perform an unbiased pre-purchase inspection and rectify any minor things that those inspections inevitably identify.Anthony and the Sierra Classics team exceeded my expectations by walking me through the entire process and ensuring my vehicle arrived to me safely.Anthony was patient & professional for a neophyte like me that had never bought a classic/kit car from 2000 miles away. I highly recommend the dealership and if the opportunity arises again in the future to purchase an interesting classic car or rare import, I will work with them again.

I recently purchased a beautiful 1982 Toyota Corolla Hatchback Wagon from Sierra Classics & Imports and I am very pleased with the vehicle and the service I received. This was my first time buying a vehicle online. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning with the process because the dealership was over 2400 miles away from my hometown. But thanks to Anthony Cuccia, General Sales Manager, my buying experience was phenomenal. Anthony exceeded my expectations by walking me through the entire process and ensuring my vehicle arrived to me safely. He was patient, kind, professional, and genuine. I am absolutely grateful to Anthony for all that he did to ensure that I was 150% satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend the dealership and if the opportunity arises again in the future, I will work with them again.
