Super helpful and friendly. I've got an ugly crack in my windshield, they offered to retract the top brush. Didn't realize that was an option. First timer there, I did the 12 dollar wash, should've just went for the monthly. I'll be back. Didn't use the vacuums, I prefer to do that at home, but they have them after the wash for you.

Service with a smile is always what I encounter when I get my car washed here!?? What an awesome staff! ?And the best part is my car looks like new each time!??Great vacuums and free air are some of the fabulous perks! ??

0 for 3 - closed early Friday 1/26, Monday 1/29 and Tuesday 1/30. Not being able to drive through on my way home makes my membership useless. I was able to to drive through on Saturday but my car had soap on the mirrors and dirt on the back despite them hitting it with a pressure washer before going through the wash. Honestly, everyone that works here is great but the service has become too unreliable for me to justify paying monthly and not being able to use the service as needed. Today I had to drive up to the lake and my car is filthy from the wet roads. I can't take time in the middle of the work day to drive through. So silly.

These people care about you and servicing your cars need to be clean and tidy.Yes, you can set up a membership for multiple use or you can show up for a single use at your convenience. Don't get me wrong this place is always busy and live right down the street, but where else can you get a quick wash starting $8.00 and going up in price from there.Courtney is an awesome attendant and cashier as are all the people who work here.

Javier was excellent. He finished the interior of my car and was very detailed oriented. I've been coming here as a member for a number of years and this is one of the few times that I had someone really pay attention to detail when doing the interior of my car.

Back when this location first opened my card had been charged without my permission. I paid for a one time $8 carwash, which was charged to my card that day. Then one month later I was charged full price for monthly access pass(idk? like $24.99?) I still had my original receipt and nowhere did it say monthy access pass etc. When I called them and told them what happened they did refund my $.After this I didn't go back to the carwash for about 1 year. Then decided to try again - the first time back I asked for the cheapest $8 carwash again, then the woman tried to sell me the special for the day " pay only $12 for a full month of unlimited access". I declined because I didn't want to take a chance for my credit card info to be stored, only want a one time purchase of cheapest wash. Didn't think about it at the time since I was getting a cheapest carwash but the tenant never gave me a receipt. Later, I look at my CC statement to find that she charged me $12! The same price of the monthly special, that goes to full price the next month unless you cancel the membership!!! So now I have to make sure my card isn't charged for the regular price of a monthly pass like last time! Even if it doesn't, she still didn't charge my card the price I requested $8. Not trying to sound petty or cheap but it's the principle involved...and yes I am on a tight budget

Well, I wasted $22.00 and my lunch break. Wash was short. Vacuums were mediocre. No wonder they give you a towel because you will need to dry your car after. They tried to sell me a membership. I said I’ll wait to see how it does. I will definitely not be getting a membership. Getting out to clean my car and dry was almost comical.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

We have two cars and have had our membership on and off for about 8 months. There's several locations around town so it's easy to drive through while running errands. The facilities are well kept and the staff is always willing to help out. Definitely recommend if you have a family car and kids, no more sand or French fries stuck between the seats!Services: Vacuuming

Oswaldo, Day, and Courtney are incredible! The service is quick and friendly. The wash does an incredible job, especially with bugs in the summer months. The vacuums have great suction and are kept in working order on a consistent basis. The shades above the vacuums help keep it cool in the afternoons. The addition of towel stations to get vehicles extra dry is a great new feature. Top notch facility and staff. Highly recommend.

I have a monthly subscription to this car wash and have an amazing experience every time! The staff is friendly and efficient, and my car looks great after every wash. I highly recommend this place for their excellent service and attention to detail. Definitely a 5-star car wash and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The newest car wash for the Sierra Car Wash company located on Peckham Ln in Reno is equipped with the latest state of the art drive-thru vehicle washing/drying equipment. The wash performs flawlessly on my large truck and the rinse agents coupled with the high speed dryers ensure that my truck exits dry and perfectly clean. The powerful vacuums are coupled with a bonus - high pressure AIR BLOWERS! It's much easier, faster and thorough to use the blowers and the vacuums to get the interior cleaned in a jiffy. Best of all, Courtney the site manager is always friendly, courteous, professional, and always shares her radiant smile.
