“Reno Running Co. at Lakeside is a great place to go! I was a first timer looking for a decent quality pair of running shoes so I could start running more frequently without killing my feet. Aldon and Scott at the lakeside location were so nice and helpful, and really spent the time to make sure that I got shoes that were perfect for my feet. 10/10 would recommend!”

They never got impatient.I went home with shoes I thought were perfect. Once I wore them away from the store for work, I discovered they were not quite the right fit. When I returned, they accommodated me again to get the right fit. Now I have the perfect shoe and perfect fit.The folks at Beck's provided me with great customer service and a shoe I wear for 12 hours a day at work with no foot discomfort.”

“I went into the Vans outlet inside of the mall the other day and an employee by the name of Skylar was a big help! He made good recommendations and insights on the shoes and clothes that I wanted to purchase, was genuine and clear to the point! “Went in today to get my first pair of dress boots. Not sure what the woman's name was that helped me but she was amazing. Helped me measure my feet and find a shoe and sole combo that felt good. And gave me a lot of helpful advice on care/etc since this is my first pair of boots like this. All while she was balancing multiple other customers. “I went here with my son after not finding his size of cleats at another store. As we were walking around looking for the cleats, a worker came up and kindly asked if we needed some help. We asked for the size and he took us right to them as they were out front but in a different location than where the cleats were on display. There wasn't as big of an assortment, but the ones they had were good. And they were more affordable than the previous store and we checked out quickly. If I ever need more cleats, I will go to Big 5.”
“Megan, the store manager, went above and beyond to help us find the right suit for our upcoming wedding! They didn’t have the right size at their location and she made multiple calls to different locations to find the right one, had it specially shipped to the Reno store, and stayed in constant communication with us the whole time! Her customer service was top notch and she was friendly and helpful through the whole process. Thank you for making a stressful situation much less stressful! ??”

“We stopped in for snow boots and ended up buying boots and a great sale jacket as well. Edison was great: he helped us patiently all the way through the process and helped us find what we really needed, as opposed to what we thought we wanted. Yes, stock is sometimes lower than online, but I found a bunch of items that were out of stock online that were available in every size and color in the store, so that was a huge bonus. I replaced my beloved but very old ski jacket with a brand new one that was 50% off. This place is worth a stop. They may not have what you want, but you may find things that you can't get from Columbia's website or anyplace else, and you might find a gem you weren't expecting. Ask for Edison. He's awesome!”
