Shane went the extra mile for us in buying our home in Carson City. It was listed for sale by Owner. This presented numerous problems for me as I am not a realtor. Shane jumped right in & helped me with the seller which became a bit difficult. This sale would not have happened without Shane. He is a professional & if I purchase another home in the future, he is the only one to use.

I was a newcomer to the Reno area, so Shane became an important member of the team that helped me locate and finance the purchase of my new home. Shane worked with me and my realtor through the process of obtaining and finalizing my home loan. Beyond the role of loan officer, Shane helped me locate a bank and other professional service providers, such as my dentist in getting me acclimated to the Reno area. Shane keeps in regular contact with me and has helped me with mortgage refinancing over the years.

Shane was our 2nd attempt at doing a refinance. After our first person took over 3 months, had very poor communication and efficiency we had to fire him. Shane came in to work! Starting from scratch and with continuous communication closed our loan within 30 days! He was honest and straight forward.We highly recommend Shane for all of your home financing needs and would refer anyone especially our own family to him!
