To say that this was one of the most stressful shopping experiences l've had in a while is putting it mildly. I cannot believe the amount of unprofessionalism and anger that was caused over a store issue that seems pretty easy to fix. That's where the incompetence plays a big part. I've tried giving this location so many chances because it's a bunch of older people and I know how it is to be understaffed, but don't offer a PICK UP SERVICE if you cannot provide the PICK UP aspect of the service. Completely ridiculous and honestly kind of dumb to think people wouldn't get mad over that. This was my 7th time buying through Instacart for pickup, because once again this store is available on there for such things. Every single time l've done this l've had to go inside the store because it tells me they have no one available to bring it out. The first 6 times the excuse was that the phone wasn't working, the employee at the time seemed really apologetic and told me I shouldn't have to come inside the store and that she was sorry. I understood those times because she was being humane about it. This last time however, I called before going in. The employee proceeds to tell me l have to go inside yet again because their phones were stolen, which again how is that my problem or fault? If that's the case, turn off your Instacart orders. It's not a smart decision to leave it on and then just deal with these problems as they happen. I go inside, only to wait in line to check out, for then Darlene with her AMAZING attitude proceeds to tell me it was rude for me to hang up on her. She stated "oh YOU'RE the one who hung up on me, that was really rude". She said it 3 times to antagonize me, I was already upset at having to do this and I finally spoke up. I told her hanging up isn't rude, and I could 've said a million other things but I chose to hang up and go inside as instructed. What's RUDE is expecting people to not be upset over this happening multiple times. She then threatened to FIGHT ME because I said so, and told me she wasn't the one, whatever that means. She then takes out 4 bags, which I should've known didn't hold everything I paid for, she shoves the back door aside and motions for me to go inside. I asked her if I was allowed to go back there since I didn't work there and with her stank face she motioned inside like I was a child.
She told me I was upset at the wrong people, I told her I've talked to several employees and it doesn't make sense to have it on the platform of Instacart if they can't manage it. I asked for a manager because she was being unprofessional and confrontational, she states she's a manager. I told her to get someone who could solve the problem and not threaten to fight me. Up steps Tiffany, immediately triggered and confrontational. She proceeds to step into my personal space and told me that I should contact Instacart if it's a problem. I explained yet again this is a RECURRING issue the store is having and apparently she couldn't comprehend why I was upset. She told me to call Instacart to have them removed, to which I stated that I was not going to do her job for her. She couldn't manage to save her life. What's the point of being in charge if you can't provide customer service without getting bothered over a CLEAR store issue, not a customer issue. She kept repeating that I shouldn't shop there then and that they couldn't do anything about it, which is complete malarkey. Every other big chain has ways of turning off orders, either when they're done for the day or if they can't handle the orders. People are GOING to be upset at having to walk into the store, stolen phones or not. Simply turn the orders off until you resolve the issue, but no it's one excuse after the other. On top of that, because of the harassment, they failed to give me over HALF of my order which amount to $80. They were so busy harassing me

I went to Save Mart on plumb lane to get a couple items before they closed since no other stores on this side of town are open after 11pm. When I got to the store at 11:15pm the outside doors were locked but online it says they are open until 12am so I went to the side window and knock and two workers were standing there on there phones they looked up at me then back down to there phones completely ignoring me. I don't understand when this became the new normal where people lock the door so they don't have to work anymore it's ridiculous

I am currently sitting in the savemart parking lot on plumb right now in "hopes" someone would come to the door. I have been here since 11:30pm and the very front doors are LOCKED and the actual walk way doors are open. I just wanted some toilet paper! Says online they CLOSE at 12am but this is the second time this has happened to me. No other stores around here are open PLEASE TELL UR WORKERS TO STOP LOCKING THE OUTSIDE DOORS EARLY or they shouldn't be getting paid till midnight to NOT do their jobs!

Used to be my go to store...but after today's event, never again!
Walked in to do some grocery shopping...asked if I could used the restroom...cashier told me the doors are locked, one of them have to let me in and if I hadn't bought anything, couldn't use it! I said I just got here, haven't started shopping yet...she said well only customers who have paid can use restroom! Went to grab a few of the things I came in to buy...went to the register...both registers had lines back into the aisles (at least 8-10 per line). Put the items back and left because...Spoiler Alert: I had to use the restroom!

Not once, but TWICE security has wrongly suspected me of shoplifting while I loaded my items into my backpack. Even got accused of bringing used store bags in to shoplift. This was 8ft from the register with a receipt in my hand. Also, don't park a bike outside unless you want it stolen.

This place is one of the most expensive grocery store I’ve ever been. Good selection, but everything is at least 2 dollars more compared to other stores.

Long lines, overpriced daily itemsOn the border of sketchy area of town with a security guard milling around the storeMany reviews have highlighted the long lines at checkout, but there is no action from the store except the same canned responseNo self-checkouts? Express lanes?Won't return with Sprouts down the street
