I can't remember ever leaving a bad review for a business before, but the policies of this store don't show consideration for their customers. I bought a pair of sandals that, out the door, cost a bit over $160. They seemed to be very well made and were extremely comfortable. I wore them to the mall and walked around for maybe 45 minutes when the velcro on the back strap popped open. In spite of repeated attempts to get the velcro to hold, I couldn't take more than two steps before it would pop open again, nor could the salesperson at the store get it to work.I thought that surely a business would stand solidly behind such an expensive pair of sandals that had been purchased about an hour earlier and refund my money, but no. I was told I could only have a store credit or wait for 7-10 days for a replacement to arrive at the store. Shipping it to my home would cost an additional $15.Yes, I will drive to pick up my shoes in 7-10 days, but, in my opinion, this isn't a business that deserves return customers.

Footwear left blisters. Couldn’t wear the sandals without causing pain and blisters. Gave the sandals to Goodwill. Hopefully, someone else can make better use of them. What as waste of +$200.

My Dad and I went to get shoes for him , they have good selection of shoes and they help us by measuring his feet, great service and good shoes.

They owners were so helpful and attentive to my 92 year old mother. Shoes are pricey but they are worth it.

Very helpful young lady. Great experience. She found the shoes I was looking for. I am from another area, Ca. So happy i found my shoes and did not have to order from Amazon!

Its.10:00 am and they aren't open. The hours on the door state 10 to 6, but they aren't open. I wish that when they say they'll.open, they'd follow through.

Website hrs say they close at 7pm once we got to the reno location which was 5:40 pm the hrs posted on the door said 6pm and they were closed already I drove from truckee specifically to shopVery disappointed

This place is what shoes stores used to be! Customer service that helps you find the right shoe for your feet. Pricier than most but made in the USA with qualiry!
