Honestly it worth the membership fees to get everything you need in one trip. Normally wouldn't shop here regularly but recently I have been due to how terrible the Walmart is in this area. Friendly staff, always stocked with products again worth the membership fees.

The only thing that isn't what I remember, is the pretzels are now hard and don't taste that great. I think we'll go for a churro next time. As for the rest of my shopping trip, we did quite a bit of shopping and spent less than we would have if we've gone to a regular store, which is the purpose of going. not many places that we can go do a bunch of shopping, then have a super filling inexpensive lunch.

We did a half day at work today, stopped at this sams club on the way home, get some pork back ribs to cook for everyone..open them up just now to season and it smells like straight rotten eggs. I am in Incline Village, so they're a 45 minute 1 way drive.

Tire center is awful. Waited over 45 minutes to check in. With multiple associates calling for assist. No tire associate ever showed up to check me in. Called for the manager and they refused to show up. Ended up leaving and having my special order tires returned. Good tire prices, but you will not have any support once tires purchased.Save your time and buy from a reputable tire shop. The customer service is just not present. The manager never returned my phone call. Honestly, I would have rebooked my appointment. But they didn't even have the respect to communicate with me.Ended up going to discount tire. Paid more, but worth the customer service.

Always enjoy this location and the workers, however they are always out of the brownie sundae! I shelves are stocked, and the areas seems always zoned. Plus, the cash back is awesome.

I have both Costco and Sam's Club membership but I find myself more often here. It's probably since Walmart is just next door and more convenient drive/errands trip wise. The customer service here can be somewhat lacking due to self-checkout. Gift cards are not allowed at self-checkout so it can be daunting when you pay for the rest of your items at either the self-checkout or Scan-N-Go and there is only ONE person at check-out lines on a somewhat busy day and will need to pay for gift cards. On the times I actually received customer service, they were all pleasant. The customer service counter can be busy but they seem to be efficient and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes even when the line was long.

Although I have been a SAMS Club member in the past, I recently thought I would give a SAMS CLUB membership another try (switched to Costco 15-years ago). Unfortunately, this SAMS Club employs dishonest personnel who are either poorly trained or simply pressured actually tell lies to customers to in order to get them to sign up for unwanted credit cards with offers and promotions that do not exist or are not applicable in order to drive their commissions or sales number. Sadly, all this strategy has accomplished is a one time transaction and zero customer confidence. Moreover, both the pricing and selections do not compare to COSTCO a company with stores and personnel that treat me honestly, fairly and have provided excellent customer service for over 15 years. We all have a choice and I would not recommend SAMS CLUB due to their deceptive and dishonest sales tactics. Do yourself a favor and make your default COSTCO and you will be happy you did.Too many good options to waste precious time and hard earned money with companies who do not care about how customers are treated. Vote with your wallet...

Gas there is $4.85 - why is gas in Folsom $4.67? Sorry but you don't think people notice this stuff - plus like four pumps weee broken . As much business as they have this shouldn't be happening and the prices should be adjusted .

I needed one of my hearing aids repaired so I went to Sams hearing center and the Audiologist is the best. She couldn't fix my aid but she explained to me what the problem was and gave me the name and number of someone who does repair them. She didn't try and sell me a new pair at all. Very helpful, professional and was amazing to talk to. She took her time and when I am ready to Purchase a new pair of aids I will definitely go back to her. Plus the hearing test is free!!

I went to Walmart to get my girlfriend a new phone power cord. I pressed the "need an associate" button and came, I grabbed an associate, they said, "I'm not in that department". I asked them to call or get me someone please, they just told me to go up to the front desk and complain. I grabbed another associate, she was stocking. Her name was Tracy, she said, I'm stocking. I told her, "As an associate, if a customer needs help, you drop stocking and do your best to assist them". She went up front and in a few minutes returned and said, "I'm going to get in trouble for this but let me help you". She got the key to open the cabinet and helped me. Total time for just a phone cable 55 minutes, waiting and NO FRIGGIN support. Tracy was great, but the store sucks, I'll never go back to it and I will drive further to shop else where. This was July 14th between 0825 am till 0920 am, I was so pissed I wanted to break the glass cabinet door. You guys better fix this or you are going to lose you customer base.

I jumped ship from Costco to here. And Costco was my first wholesale club experience. So I can't help but compare the two. Upon walking in, the first thought came to my head was "Omg, what is this place?" No customers on a Friday afternoon. Employee pulling very loud pallet jack back and forth around the tire center. And the entrance floor is very empty, unlike at Costco you'll see tons of things the first step you take after the entrance. I'm getting a bad Walmart-after-midnight-vibe already. Headed to the customer counter to get my physical card, and just one employee there, there are a family in front of me arguing something with the employee, and It must have taken about 10-15 mins because while standing there I thought about maybe when it's my turn I should just tell her I want to cancel my membership and ask for a refund. Got my card, got a cart, and walked further into the store. It has a sad run-down vibe to it, but I think mostly because I didn't see many people and the floor is too empty..... Comparisons to Costco: Gas Station: SO MUCH better than Costco, you just need to scan your phone and refuel. Because it was my first time using it, so I got confused, I walked around trying to find the attendant, nowhere to be found in sight. Then as I was pulling out of the gas station I passed by a little booth and I finally saw the gas attendant, who's a female, sitting down, playing on her phone with a big smile. At Costco, the attendant actually walks around, when Costco changed the card reader from swipe to chip reader I was confused, and the attendant saw me struggling before I even get the chance to look him around. (1) I didn't see as many computer and TV selections as Costco. No Apple products like iMac, Macbook Pro etc. No Microsoft Surface. (2) Sam's does have single pack of things unlike Costco which usually comes in 2 or 3 even 4, like milk, and if you live by yourself, you'll have to hurry up and eat them before they go bad, and also gain 30lbs of weight too. LOL. So with Sam's, although not a lot, at least they do have smaller sized products. (3) Costco has more Asian frozen food like multiple styles of pot stickers and dumplings; whereas Sam's only has one. (4) Sam's has cheap and AYCE-quality sushi!!!( yummy!) I also really LOVE their Italian herbs grilled chicken breasts, it's healthy! Costco doesn't have those items. Another thing is that Sam's there are no fancy brands of skincare products; whereas Costco offers tons of fancy skincare brands like SK-11, Kose雪肌精, and such. So I think Costco and Sam's are really apple and pear, they both have something the other doesn't offer.

I went to this Sam's club around 12 o'clock in the afternoon on a Saturday with my family. Everything was in stock and very organized! Don't ever come here during lunch time on a Saturday though! It is so busy, and you are always crowded. I've noticed the best times to go is in the morning or evening on weekdays! The place was still very clean and the lines were pretty efficient, especially considering how many people were their.

Thank you Sams club for being one of the few places that sell this cut. Its a hot item in our household. The snack variety in this store is amazing and recently just purchased the baby pineapple plant. The staff is so friendly and the process to check out is so simple.
