I had a very bad experience yesterday, July Sunday the 23rd 2024, I only went to return an item... and when we wanted to leave the store we asked the lady who was at the entrance... if we could go out there... to not to go and go around to the cash registers.... very reluctantly he answered...you are already here...why are you asking me??? I have never been answered this way, well, the lady probably had a bad day... but it would be better if she would monitor the customer service... Sam's is my favorite store and I don't want to be treated that way

Second time I bought fruit from Sam’s club and this one we opened it up and it has mold inside, This is really ridiculous. Luckily, we cut it open to see what was inside. We wouldn’t have even noticed and Pizza sucks Costco is better.

The hiring team at Sam’s Club simply dont seem to care and are fine with prospective employees having their time wasted.
I called no less than 6 times over the course of a week when I was simply trying to reach a hiring manager so I could inquire about my application. I got transferred to random depts and hung up on repeatedly before getting transferred to their produce manager.
The woman who identified as the produce manager was incredibly cold and dismissive when I finally spoke to them and seemed completely disinterested in doing anything other than checking the status in the system.
She claimed I would not be considered until I “completed the assessments.” She was referring to their awkward and long questionnaire that forces you to make a bunch of odd choices in order to weed people out from the hiring process.
The problem is that I successfully completed the questionnaire.
When I explained this to her, she dismissed the notion Id completed it by stating “Well, we didnt get it” and then sat there with nothing else to say. She did not offer me any further help and seemed to just want to get off the phone.
Where does that leave someone like me? Well, it leaves me with absolutely no recourse, as my profile CLEARLY shows I took and completed all assessments successfully.
Just another company with people doing the bare minimum and with absolutely ZERO care if you have a problem during the process.
This company did not care AT ALL that I spent a bunch of time filling out their application.

I have shopped here for many years and really like the early hours for business members. The store is clean, employees friendly and overall a well run operation.

First time here and it was horrible. Bathrooms were absolutely rancid. There were no samples at all. And every item at the food court had atleast a 10 minute wait when there were barely any people there. Its no better than the Walmart next door. Might aswell just go to costco instead

I have been a Costco member since 1983 and stopped by to see what Sam’s was all about It was ok but I prefer Costco Get my car insurance home insurance and my executive discounts plus a nice check every year plus monthly discounts. Carson store is quick and easy and Reno store has a bigger selection than Sam’s 4% back on discounted gas quick check out and $5 roasted chicken I’ll stick with #1 Stock does pretty good also

Will never give this location my money again!!! Went to the store to return an online purchase. Manager came over and approved the refund due to the total. Didn't think to look at the refund receipt because in my entire life this has never happened....but received the refund to my credit card only to realize they did NOT refund the tax!!! How on earth does this even happen??! Called the store and asked for a manager and Josh said I have to come to the store. Yeah sure, at $5 a gallon for gas I'm going to drive 20 miles to have an issue fixed that shouldn't have even happened in the first place!!! With the receipt info he should have taken care of my stolen money at this point and handled it over the phone!!! I will never step foot in here again and will file a dispute with my credit card to get my missing money back!!! As a Plus Member of Sam's Club I will be cancelling my membership!!
