Sam's Club in Reno offers members a variety of products and services, including groceries, pharmacy, optical, home furnishings, office supplies, and TVs. Members enjoy early shopping hours on weekdays and Saturdays. The shopping experience is convenient and comparable to Costco, with lower membership costs but higher prices than Walmart due to bulk items. Customers appreciate the helpful staff and good overall service. However, some find the store outdated and in need of remodeling, especially in the bakery and frozen sections. Wait times can be long, with waits for carts, deli chickens, self-checkout, and exit checks, especially on Sundays. The cafe offers pizza and hotdogs, but there are sometimes missing condiments and long lines. Overall, the club provides good value but has areas for improvement.
Disappointed in corporate decisions. Board of directors can do better. Switched to Costco after 2 years. Staff at this location are nice and friendly as a plus.

Not a good trip. Had to wait for a cart, had to wait for deli chickens to roast, had to wait in long lines for self check out, had to wait in even longer line to have purchased checked at exit. Don't shop on Sunday.

This club is comparable to Costco with less costly membership. You still spend more than you would at Walmart because of the bulk items. Very convenient and good shopping experience. 4.2
