It's clean and not so crowded like Costco Is. It has more options for clothes, alcohol and other items that you might need than Costco. The membership benefits are pretty good. I'll highly suggest Sam's Club

I've never had a bad experience here. Thing I like about Sam's club is the fact that you could get membership at a fraction of the cost. Membership goes on sale around the holidays on apps such as Groupon. They are usually well stocked here, but they have been out of IAMS mini chunks a couple of times, but I blame that on the pandemic. Bakery has a nice selection of breads and sweets. I always enjoy the croissants. Can always find some deals after the holidays too. Picked up a box of pumpkin shaped Reese's for $6 today, that's 36 pieces. If you go early you can score some deals on meats too. I work close, so it's always easy for me to stop by and pick up a few things.

Pharmacy and staff are so efficient and friendly. It is the best for prescriptions and vaccinations

Meat Department staff was exceptionally rude and condescending during my shop this morning. Cuts are poorly butchered.

Honestly it worth the membership fees to get everything you need in one trip. Normally wouldn't shop here regularly but recently I have been due to how terrible the Walmart is in this area. Friendly staff, always stocked with products again worth the membership fees.

The only thing that isn't what I remember, is the pretzels are now hard and don't taste that great. I think we'll go for a churro next time. As for the rest of my shopping trip, we did quite a bit of shopping and spent less than we would have if we've gone to a regular store, which is the purpose of going. not many places that we can go do a bunch of shopping, then have a super filling inexpensive lunch.

We did a half day at work today, stopped at this sams club on the way home, get some pork back ribs to cook for everyone..open them up just now to season and it smells like straight rotten eggs. I am in Incline Village, so they're a 45 minute 1 way drive.

The hearing center is top notch the knowledge of Lenee' is something else. She relates to you on a personal level and gives examples that explains what she is talking about. Personable, pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have gone to her for over 3 years. I moved to OK but was in town and I am glad I had her do it......

Always enjoy this location and the workers, however they are always out of the brownie sundae! I shelves are stocked, and the areas seems always zoned. Plus, the cash back is awesome.

Right to do a pick up order and the Sam's Club app would not log me in. I closed it and opened it at least four times in a period of 15 minutes and finally gave up and went inside the store only to find no one around.I scan the QR code at the tire center and waited. Still no one showed up A message came on and advised me to check with Customer Service. Customer Service called someone. The Tire Service person showed up and found an employee to help me. Only took 40 minutes to pickup a Pickup Order!

The worst customer service I've ever had. Long lines, 1 open check-out staffed. Extremely rude and condescending manager. Really considering canceling!

I have both Costco and Sam's Club membership but I find myself more often here. It's probably since Walmart is just next door and more convenient drive/errands trip wise. The customer service here can be somewhat lacking due to self-checkout. Gift cards are not allowed at self-checkout so it can be daunting when you pay for the rest of your items at either the self-checkout or Scan-N-Go and there is only ONE person at check-out lines on a somewhat busy day and will need to pay for gift cards. On the times I actually received customer service, they were all pleasant. The customer service counter can be busy but they seem to be efficient and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes even when the line was long.

Although I have been a SAMS Club member in the past, I recently thought I would give a SAMS CLUB membership another try (switched to Costco 15-years ago). Unfortunately, this SAMS Club employs dishonest personnel who are either poorly trained or simply pressured actually tell lies to customers to in order to get them to sign up for unwanted credit cards with offers and promotions that do not exist or are not applicable in order to drive their commissions or sales number. Sadly, all this strategy has accomplished is a one time transaction and zero customer confidence. Moreover, both the pricing and selections do not compare to COSTCO a company with stores and personnel that treat me honestly, fairly and have provided excellent customer service for over 15 years. We all have a choice and I would not recommend SAMS CLUB due to their deceptive and dishonest sales tactics. Do yourself a favor and make your default COSTCO and you will be happy you did.Too many good options to waste precious time and hard earned money with companies who do not care about how customers are treated. Vote with your wallet...

Love sam's much more than Costco. I think because it's larger, and there's a better selection of meat and produce. I recommend them very much.
