Tech who performed the work was very nice, but everything else about my experience was awful. I'll go down the street to Brite Glass if I need a windshield replaced in the future.

On the Friday before labor day weekend the technician calls in sick. Maybe u should hire more reliable technicians. My appointment was cancelled. No other option was given to me. Don't they have more than 1 technician ???

Safelite tech Rafael came to replace my cracked windshield. He refused to work on my vehicle say my windshield has silicone on the rubber windshield molding that caused my windshield body frame to rust. First of all how can you make the judgement by a visual inspection. I then took my car to a competitor and the job was done without any problems or having any rust on my windshield frame. I strongly recommend no having tech Rafael perform any type of work on your vehicle. He knowledge is very shallow.

I was in the military. I have Geico I now have USAA. Safelite sucks if you’re in Reno go to fast glass or glass. Do not use these people there windshields are not OEM. They are soft and pit easily. The one 800 Customer Service Center sucks The staff on Kitzke are awesome, But Safelite service in general sucks

Safelite was the go to for my dad’s automotive repair shop. Joseph did an excellent job with my windshield replacement. Very professional, friendly, humerus, work ethic was work quickly and with craftsmanship!!!! That’s top notch, right there!!!! Thank you Joseph. Thank you Safelite.

I will always recommend Safelite. Like $245.00 out the door. Easy booking online and easy bc they come to you.
We live in a day and age where reviews and customer satisfaction surveys are the norm.

Wow. Bring my car in unfortunately windows smashed in from someone attempting to steal something. "Awesome hair lady" comes out offers to vacuum glass and helps me with appointment for Friday to replace. So nice, caring. It's always people that make companies great. Thank you means a lot ❤️?

You need a new phone system the inability to be connected to a person over the phone is unacceptable. Your automated system hung up on me 4 times.

Mark (Safelite Master Tech) is amazing to work with. He’s very professional, came early and was being flexible on moving the meeting address. The job was amazing, the new glass looks perfect. Looking forward to drive it and feel the changes.
Would definitely work with Mark and Safelite again in the future.

My appointment was at 10am, the installer said my truck would be finished at 11:30 am. I walked to the Atlantis and had coffee for a hour, I'm back to safe lite at 11:40, my truck is in the bay with the old glass still in it.At 1:10pm the tech text me .y truck is finished, I go look and the rubber trim is 4" down from the a piller inside the engine bay and the door trim fell off when I opened the door. I finally got out of there at 10min to 2:00pm. I will never use them again.on top of all my passenger side door leaked in the rain all the way back to California. I give them 0 stars!
