I lost the zircon stone in my engagement ring and I was devastated. But Roger’s Jewelry not only replaced the stone, setting it beautifully and making it strong, but they got it done on short notice so I could have the ring back by the time I left for my wedding! The atmosphere, service, and quality of the jewelry are all 5 stars, plus the staff was so nice and knowledgeable! I am so so grateful and I would highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs in the Reno area!

I’ve had a few visits at Rodger’s and all I can say is they treat you like family and greet you at the door couldn’t be happier with the customer service they provide and always my number one jewelry store in town by far I highly recommend this place Kiara is so great at what she does please ask go her when you come down I appreciate you tons mahalos again see you next time

Bill Shaw took excellent care of my two rings in need of repair. My 50 year old wedding set was repaired and looks brand new. A stone was replaced in the other ring and you can't tell. Excellent communication all along. Thank you

They saved my ring!! I had gotten an upgraded wedding band, but the jeweler I originally sent it in to, to add my original opal stone into it, set the stone into a princess setting (something you'd only put a large diamond in. Opals are traditionally flat so it looked...ridiculous to say the least.) I tried 4 other jewelry stores who refused to touch it since it was opal. Notoriously a soft stone. I took it to Roger's and showed them and they immediately were as appalled as I was, so helpful and kind. We got my ring reset with the CORRECT setting and fused my bands all together. A miracle, since my bands are opal as well!! Absolutely flawless finish.Their jeweler really is a master at his craft. Thank you all!!

We have been coming to Rogers since the year 2000 it's a wonderful company. They do a great job and great service. They are very professional, friendly and courteous. Everyone that is here is excellent and a pleasure to work with. The store always looks very nice and sharp.

The center marquis diamond of my 30-year old wedding set popped off and I had no idea when or where it happened. I searched high and low and was fortunate enough to find it. Took it in to Rogers in Reno where it was originally purchased in 1993 to see how to get it repaired and Bill was extremely helpful to pull our records from the archives and proceeded to put together the work order to reset the diamond, repair the tips, and resize....turns out all the repairs are covered by the original warranty from 1993!!! Wow! Great customer service and great staff in Reno! Thank you all so much.I can't wait to see the finished work in about a week and a half. ❤️ I can only imagine that it will be beautiful and ready for our 30th wedding anniversary in October of 2024!?

Can't say enough about everyone at the Reno location and the flexibility. Had to return earrings twice and they were very adaptable and helped me find what I needed on the third try. Kudos to everyone and a big thank you. I recommend Rogers to anyone who doesn't do their homework in finding out what their partners needs are like me.
