All of the people were friendly, helpful and considerate. My experience was enjoyable and they were able to get me financed for a new set of tires and get me on my way. Sonia, Mark and Anthony were especially great, but all the employees were quick and diligent in their work. 5 dear service for sure

Long review, short version is BEWARE. I am absolutely seething writing this because I am baffled of the ignorance, and negligence of this company. I had to get my breaks done, this was in September of 2022. The warranty in the paperwork specifies a timeline of 1 year or 10,000 miles (whichever comes first I assume) now within a few months I had to go back in because my front rotors were warped. The manager "went to battle for me" with the manufacturer to make sure it got fixed but told me my warranty was now essentially voided. Surprise, I've been having issues with my breaks since 2 months after they were supposedly fixed. Now because I was unable to pay the balace before the 6 month interest free period I got slammed with all the interest at once the day following the 6 month period. I'd been making payments for what feels like an eternity so I called them back on December 26th and asked for the balance on my account and was told by one of the Male employees that I only owed ninty-something dollars. Several weeks later I added up that they had taken $138.98 which is obviously over the ninty-something that was mentioned to me. So I called in on February 5th and had an exhausting conversation with the account manager Sonia. In this conversation she first tried to tell me that no one should have access to account balances except her and she had no idea how someone had landed on the number given to me. Next she said in addition to the hundreds of dollars of instantly applied interest for going past 6 months that there's also daily interest that accrues which is NOT in the contract or part of the agreement. When I questioned this Sonia back-tracked and said that wasn't the case, still very confused about this and the whole situation convinced me that I had almost definitely been taken advantage of. The conversation concluded when Sonia said she would close out my account despite the fact that I supposedly still had a balance owed and I thought that was the end. Unfortunately not, there was 1 week where they did not charge me, then they did charge me last week on February 11th. I called again on February 15th upset at this authorized charge that she could not explain and said she'd be taking it up with corporate and refunded me for the improper charge. Again, I thought this was the end but they charged me AGAIN today. I do not appreciate dishonesty and unfortunately that's what I have to label RNR as at this point. I'm not sure there is a way to recitfy this but this is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.*UPDATE* I've been charged yet AGAIN. Was told last Tuesday from Sonia that I would be recieving a call from her on Thursday to discusss, yet it's the following Tuesday and now she's unavailable. Clearly this company has ZERO regard for their customers. FED UP.

I went to get new tires today RnR tires helped me out . Anthony and the manager was really good and helped me figure out the best tires for my car. The owner also came in and we talked . Good service all around , I highly recommend them if you are needing tires. Thank you all for being so good and the many laughs we had. Debbi

My husband received a set of tires and rims from RNR. The entire staff was exceptional throughout the entire sales process, and the follow-up after is top-notch. Mark, the owner, really sets himself apart from others in the way that he cares for both his customers as well as his staff. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new fresh set of tires/rims or looking for maintenance on your vehicle. Superb customer service. Thank you so much!

Go to Les Schwab instead of here. Spent $2,500+ on tires at RNR, was assured that I had paid for nitro in my tires and a protection plan. Such things made the price super worth it. As the weather changes started to happen, my tire pressure changed, I'm told by RNR this would not happen with nitro in my tires.....RNR NEVER USED NITRO ON MY TIRES......Took the loss and moved on with life accepting they did the "female treatment " with me. Today I found a nail in my tire, called RNR for a patch it and they want to charge $20+ to fix it.....some how the warranty I paid for disappeared into thin air...... oh and I MIGHT be fit in on Wednesday. I accepted this is NOT a good company and went to Les Schwab. Tire fixed in less then a hour for FREE, treated like a respected and WANTED customer!!! So next time save yourself time, money, and being treated with RESPECT and HONESTY and go to Les Schwab.

This company is very shady when it comes to there contracts there manager Mark is not polite after incorrectly calling me ma'am when I'm a sir then continued saying that we needed his business no we do not need his business it was a quick process at first but for them to not call before charging a card i do not recommend anyone to this business unless you want to deal with a meat head like the manager will be taking my business to an actual accredited business
