Criminals with mental health and substance abuse issues deserve a chance to receive help too and Restart is pretty good at removing those who abuse the system. They have rehabilitated more "criminals" who were willing to receive treatment than any other subsidized programs. If you are not informed please hold your judgements to yourself. Your ignorance for a criminal like me who received help is insulting.

Two of their clients moved into our complex. Both were intolerable neighbors. I wish they would help people that are not criminals. They delt drugs, had bugs, stole bike and threatened staff and neighbors...with weapons. One was actually evicted under emergency conditions. THANK GOODNESS !
