Had to go in for unscheduled lab work. Had very limited time and asked if they thought it could happen. The gal at check in said they were just finishing with the other person but no guarantees (fair enough!) they got me in and done, friendly and saw a trainee from TMCC. Everyone there was great!

Have always had a positive experience with the Renown labs I have visited. Easy to make reservations online, never have to wait beyond the scheduled time and you have easy access to your results using MyChart.

Policies change on what can and cannot be tested in the clinical setting or in an outside lab setting and therefore create more charges then if you would’ve just gone to see the doctor

Was there this morning and have been going once a week for the past month. If you have an appointment, It is fast and easy. Scheduling is easy if you have MyChart, pick your date and you are off and running. If you do not have an appointment, the wait can be long, except if you come very early. The staff is very friendly and professional.

If I could give Zero stars I would. I took my 2 yr old to get blood work done and we couldn’t get all of it the first time so we scheduled for a second visit, prettt reasonable right? We go the second time and my son is already traumatized, they finally draw the blood… I’m waiting for the results a month later and decide to call only to find out the “girls” at the lab forgot to use it for the generic testing and nobody bothered to call or let us know so who knows what they did with my sons draw… I start calling around because that’s just ridiculous they get us in one more time and nobody a the lab could get a draw from my son.. what kills me the most is that now my son will not get into the car because he is so traumatized and all thanks to all the staffs stupidity. So if your child has autism I do not recommend renown, they do not have patience or don’t care to work with you for what you need. Should’ve gone to quest.

Amazing staff! Stephanie checked me in at the door with the usual covid questions and had me sign in to wait. Laura called me up after a very short wait and took all ins. Info and got me all set for the lab work. These two ladies are friendly, professional and have a great system working together to get patients checked in!Darla was my phlebotomist, I am a baby with needles and usually have issues due to limited vein access. She got it on the first try no problem and was also very friendly.I will be coming to this location for all lab work. Thank you for a great experience!

Complete morons!!! I sat here for an hour for a pre-employment drug screening in the wrong place because the a****** receptionist does not check your paperwork when you walk in the door. Then when the call to check me in the girl that relieved her for break tells me, oh well its on the door. Oh well a urine test is a lab not an occupational health matter!! Now I am waiting at the occasional health side for another hour because everyone went to lunch but did they bother to tell me or do they give a crap that I have to pee? NO!!! Renown in all fascists is the absolute worst. Avoid at all costs. Worst customer service ever.

There's nothing fun about having to get lab work done. @645am I arrived in the parking lot for a 7am appointment I'd been fasting for 9 1/2 hours, had no coffee or tea so in short I was a hot mess and in a bad mood! I arrived at the front door @655am. The doors opened exactly at 7am not a minute sooner. Paperwork was completed within seconds after the doors opened. I was called into the back room within 5 minutes. Big black chairs in open cubicles - kinda comfy for what I was there for. I sat Gave her my right arm and turned away One quick pin p**** and before I knew it I was done! Brava! To the tech not only did she get the blood on the 1st try but she didn't leave a bruise! Till next year!

So easy and almost painless! I signed up on line for a specific day and time. That definitely helps speed up the process if they are busy. They happened to not be busy when I went this time. This site tends to be less busy than the one a few blocks away at the main hospital. Situated right next to the Urgent Care Center, there is usually parking when you get there first thing in the morning. The Lab entrance is on the Ryland side of the building and is separate from the Urgent Care Center. The waiting area is small, but with the usual hospital waiting area chairs and a one stop reception desk. Checking in is quick and I got my blood drawn within 10 minutes of arriving. I think the whole process took about 15 minutes. The phlebotomist was friendly and professional. The "just a pinch" was really just that. I hardly felt it (and I am a huge big baby) and there was no bruising at all around the puncture site. She did an excellent job. Yep - quick and easy. I am a fan.
