I walked in at 7:30 am on Monday, and my blood work was done by 7:45 am! Very good and friendly service.

Usually I have no issues with this lab. I make my appointment, show up and I'm out within about 15 minutes. This morning was different. I wrote my name down and the front office lady, Kat, called my name and said "I don't have an appointment for you." I told her it was for 6:30. So as she called someone else with an appointment, I was trying to find my confirmation. She then proceeds to ask my last name and date of birth, out loud, for the other 8 people in the office to hear my personal identifying information! She should have called me up to the desk so we could discuss the matter; which I took the initiative and waited at the other, unoccupied work station. Turns out it was my mistake as it was set up for yesterday, not today. But there is no reason to be blasting my personal information for the other people waiting to hear. Very unprofessional and she needs to be trained to respect that private info! I will for sure go back to this place since I have never had an issue before today but my hope is front office people will be more aware.

This should really be a one star review but the staff here are very polite and efficient. Unfortunately that is where my pleasant experience ended. I dropped off a specimen on a Saturday morning and waited about five minutes to hand it off to an actual lab technician. She verified I had all the correct information on the labels and thanked me and I left. A week later I hadn't received results so I called and asked about it. A different employee did a search in the computer and found nothing. She then searched the lab and couldn't find my specimen. They lost it. She said I had to come and do it again. I asked if they would compensate me for my time and she said no. Does any other business get away with this? Unacceptable.

Christina at the lab in the Northwest went above and beyond with service today. My pre-surgery Covid test has been mistakenly sent to them and they no longer do Covid testing. She took the time to go through the CVS pharmacy site until she found one that had an open appointment today and booked it for me. ??????

I am so happy with my experience this morning. Staff was friendly and efficient and I was out in less than an hour with no appointment. I will definitely go back here next time I need lab work done.

From the pre-screening to receiving my extensive blood lab work 24 hours later. This was a five-star experience for me! Stephanie in the front office and Stacey the phlebotomist are wonderful employees who made me feel comfortable and did their best to expedite the process. Thank you!

Super friendly and courteous staff. I was there for lab work and once you walked in the back to get the blood draw the smell of urine was awful and overpowering. This is with a mask on.

The staff is nice, the place is clean and organized. They're usually not that busy either. This is my favorite lab to go to.

Amazing how my labs took a 170% price increase this last year yet when I try to speak to the actual lab I get transferred twice and end up at a voice-mail. The only reason Im even giving them two stars is because the actual lab techs have been wonderful to work with. More so this is a reflection on Renown as a whole, their price gouging and inability to assist their patients without jumping over 35 hurdles and through six hoops in the process.

Amazing staff! Stephanie checked me in at the door with the usual covid questions and had me sign in to wait. Laura called me up after a very short wait and took all ins. Info and got me all set for the lab work. These two ladies are friendly, professional and have a great system working together to get patients checked in! Darla was my phlebotomist, I am a baby with needles and usually have issues due to limited vein access. She got it on the first try no problem and was also very friendly. I will be coming to this location for all lab work. Thank you for a great experience!

Extremely poor front office staff and unresponsive supervisor. The former lacked basic knowledge on medical terminology and Interaction 101 with patients and the latter never responded to a complaint letter. If you wish to deal with rude staff--this is the place for you.

Incredibly rude front office staff. Left without service. Drove across town to another lab. Took an extra 30 minutes, but at least the staff is professional. It's so unnecessary to be so rude. Tough times for everyone and just uncalled for.
