My Mother has dementia and at this time when Washoe county is supposed to be open I took her to the lab. I was told that I couldn't sit with her. This is ridiculous!! And because the lady behind the desk believed my Mother. I can't go in and sit with my Mother. Why is this happening. There is such a thing as a grey area! Apparently they don't recognize that.

The appt was at 4:45. New patient, just an x -ray cause the dr asked for one. Sat in the waiting room until 5:35 before they even called me to the counter to imput insurance details. What a waste of everyone's time. I will NEVER return.

Made an appt for today 3 weeks ago no record found also didnt have all the orders if you can do imiaging go to south meadows they are more on the ball or choose reno diagnostics
