This is the only place in town that feeds you a Real meal for free , something like you would get from your mom or a restaurant. Breakfast at 7 and Dinner at 5. The young men helping serve the meals make me proud to be a Christian.

I am generally not a negative person but I was feeling humiliated when I go to get the donation food in the box. People ushering you in are awful rude. Most of the time they’re nice behind the counter. I just don’t wanna be humiliated when I go in there. And I do feel humiliated due to the reaction of employees sometimes. The older man that helps usher you through the line has a bad habit of being rude. I just happened to me one time, it happens to me each time.

I think the business needs to look at their available help to disable people or people that cannot carry things or walk long distances. They allow 2 large delivery trucks to hog most of the area while unloading the area by the door where normally people with Disabilities would be able to park and come in on a handicap curb. Not here, the one-off of Valley road, where is supposedly the homeless and the folks with less income can get food. I realize Food is not a demand from the public; however, why can't they help make it easier for people in wheelchairs or people that cannot walk due to their disabilities. It doesn't make sense to me that they need to quarantine off half of the parking lot by the door, why can't they have one truck come in at a time leaving areas for people to park in a handicapped area by where they can get food. If they cannot help them carry goods, they still make it impossible for the disabled to get a parking spot. I realize that they're in town, but their people take up the entire place nearly. Why can't one truck at a time come in and the secondary truck wait on Valley Rd? and why can't they assist people by guiding them to the proper location to park if they cannot get inside when they're needing extra help such as disabled people. Also, they can be nicer too. Why are they allowed to get angry at people on the floor and outside? Most of the time they do have those parking places by the door where the handicap parks are blocked off with cones even though they might say hey here's the handicap places to park. I am referring to the delivery drivers regarding rotten and the people that are in that area helping outside and on the floor, regarding poor attitudes. This makes people that need food cringe at the idea of getting help and feel embarrassed. Is that what you want to do to the homeless and the people that need extra help, make them feel bad about themselves going there. (this isn't about the ladies behind the counter. They are awesome. There are excuses for everything and let me tell you; they could figure this one out. It's probably more about a lack of knowledge and understanding of the history of focusing an organization than anything.

Don’t trust these people. Waited 2 months for them to pick up a donation and then they refuse to take it. Large sectional sofa in very good condition except for 1 patch. Ridiculous to think that a donation to a homeless shelter is expected to be in brand new condition. I guess they don’t really care about the people, just about the money. If anyone in the Reno/Sparks area needs a nice couch, come get it FREE.

I saw so many people talking about a Woman called Mrs ANITA and i kept wondering if she is really an expert trader like they say and not a scammer like the others, then i contacted her and i was shocked and amazed that with just $1000 i invested, Mrs ANITA helped me managed my account and after 7 days of trading, i made my first withdrawal of $13,900. I’m so happy sharing this testimony with you all, you Contact now on email: anitacrypto44@gmail.com WhatsApp: +12133736954

Years ago there was a Mark G who was on top of volunteers. We enjoyed volunteering especially at the holiday season. He moved on and for four years we have not been able to get an email or phone call returned when we ask to volunteer. Since I work with the homeless I am well aware of the many other shortcomings of this outfit. So to me, I go with well run organisations that perform and utilise resources well.
