I have had to use Reno iPhone twice in the past year. Both times the service was excellent. Theresa really helped me with my last visit. Ryan helped me the first time.
Battery replacements were completed in the timeframe promised. They use quality replacement batteries.

This place is amazing! They fixed my son's broken screen and another screen that needed the touch screen replaced. Very friendly and helpful and super quick. Very reasonable pricing too. Much cheaper than the big box stores charge to fix.

This has become my go-to store for phone repairs! I've had 2 LCDs replaced here, and the service provided by this store tops any other I've gone to repairs for (by far). Both times, the owner had my phone fixed & ready for pickup within 20-30 mins, and she has always been incredibly helpful and kind!

iPhone 12 went for a swim with me on a whitewater trip. Ryan answered immediately and was knowledgeable and confident about his ability to keep my phone alive. He had it disassembled and dried out in a matter of hours. No surprises or additional costs, extremely fair price for the exchange of saving my phone and all the important data on the device. Ive had sketchy phone repair shop experiences in the past and this was not one of them. Highly recommend. Thanks Ryan!

Ryan was very helpful and fair; I took a smart watch for repair, but it would be more money than it was worth. Then I took my PS3 and he fixed it right away. Have been recommending them to friends.
