After a little research my brother decided to use Reno Custom Crating to ship me a pair of tower audiophile speakers from Nevada to Maine. Their expertise in crating was apparent the minute I received my package from the UPS Freight Depot, a superb job that protected my investment - walnut enclosures, cloth grills and multiple speakers. I run a team that creates electrical cabinetry that ships around the world. Reno crating is our primary crating vendor and has time and time come through to meet our aggressive timelines. We have had 0 incidents relating to crate stability and quality which contains very sensitive electrical hardware. We plan to continue to use them as our primary crater.

Don’t ever waste your time and contact this company, they have no time whatsoever for new customers, or they are just raciest that don’t want to provide jobs to immigrant with accent, they choose their customers, don’t waste your time by contacting them, or they will provide a double estimate just to make double or choose not to do your job, this company must be closed, because of people like them this country is messed up, this country was built on immigrants, please help not to use their business and help to have them closed ASAP, don’t call not email them, look for another company, try Capitol Crating and ask for Sean

I needed to have two stained glass windows transported from Tennessee to Reno. Family heirlooms, the windows safe shipment was my biggest concern. The folks at Reno Custom Crating coordinated with the packing company in Tennessee to insure they were protected and made me feel assured that the best crating was being used. Upon arrival, my windows were safely delivered by Reno Custom Crating. Even though they weren't building the crates themselves, their expertise eased my mind. Thank you!

I needed two custom crates on a three day turnaround to get all my stuff to a trade show. The guys at Reno Custom Crates built beautiful/sturdy crates to my specifications, and delivered them to my house in time to meet my tight deadline. Highly recommended!
