I have been using Reno Computer Services since 2019 for my business and will continue to do so. The staff are very knowledgeable and always ready to help, especially if I have an emergency and give them short notice. They keep my internal files and computers protected and keep me informed when my computers or software need to be updated. I could not run my business without them!

We have had these guys helping us with IT for several years now. We have been very happy with them. They have improved the security of our system and made it more user friendly. They are extremely prompt when we have issues and they have solved every issue so far. Even when we accidentally cut the internet wire last week! We definitely recommend them.

They have set up our office so they can remote in and fix all the little IT bugs that happen throughout the week. Extremely helpful! Scott knows what he is doing. Every time we have a problem with our system they get right on it. I have been very happy with their quick response. They also helped us deal with the Covid problems by getting us set up with remote access to our work computers. Would recommend to any company like ours.

Scott and his Team are the Best!! We originally got hooked up with Reno Computer Services after a ransomware attack. Scott was on top of it and, even though it was a disastrous nightmare, it would have been FAR worse without his knowledge and competence. He was able to recover a majority of our files for which we are grateful. We have Reno Computer Services on board at my work and it is refreshing to be able to rely with complete confidence in the services they provide. Thank you!!!

We have used a few different IT personnel over the years and you can tell when they know what they are doing.
