They gave me a written estimate. Rather high but I was happy cause mostly only wanted to work with your auto insurance instead of giving written estimate.

Reno Auto Body is fantastic. My Audi Q7 needed a lot of work after being sprayed with road debris. Barry kept me up to date on the work that was being done. He worked on my Q7 during the pandemic when parts and supplies were scarce. Barry does amazing work. He is very detail oriented. We had Barry install a clear bra once the body work was done. There were some bubbles that did no cure out and he had it re-done. The car looks amazing. So amazing that I was afraid to drive it. I have gotten over that .You won't be disappointed with the results.

What can I say. The car was better than I first picked it up from the Tesla store. Highly recommended to anyone who cares about their car. Barry is the best "doctor". You don't want to see any doctors unless you have to, and he is the one you should see.

Reno Auto Body did some body work on my Audi A6 and it looks perfect. The color match is spot on, the work is exceptional, the car looks like nothing happened. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. They did a fabulous job and my car was clean when I picked it up.

Reno Auto Body isn't your lick and stick shop, Barry has been doing my cars and RV for years, never once was the job done anything but perfect.Barry will never put out anything but a perfect repair.Body shops like Reno Auto Body, are really hard to find anymore, most shop bend to the insurance company's low hourly rate so the time needed to get a repair done correctly isn't in the body shop way of doing repairs, and the repair techs mostly work off commissions so the fast they work the more thy personally make too.Do not waste your time looking around if you want the job done right, the first time bring your car to Reno Auto Body

If you want your car fixed right take it to these guys. They absolutely do the best job in town. I would not take my car to anyone else in town. Barry is more detailed than anyone else in town. He takes his time and fixes it right the FIRST time.

I had a friend that used this shop & they did a great job but u know who does a better job Fernley Auto Shop...my sister & my son were backing out of the drive way when all of a sudden the lady across the street backed right into them...we were worried about matching the paint cuz the car was so old...Fernley Auto Shop matched the paint perfectly...that's to all auto shops that care about their ppl & vehicles...

Horrible customer service! I was rear ended in reno called these guy's to do the job thru insurance claim. Gave em all the info then he told me my truck was to old they would not be interested its a 2005 silverado z71 crew cab guess hes fugured he wldnt make much off the job so dont go there if you drive 2005 or older its a historic vehicle to theme. Ill be sure and never use this place again or recomend
