This location has a variety of items which is good. They have good deals and prices of things like drinks aren't that bad either. It's always clean inside and outside. Customer service could use improvement but that's about it.

I do stop here from time to time and for the most part, the majority of the staff are nice. Not sure what was up with the employee than l that rang up my items today but he was as about as friendly as a rattlesnake. I know everyone has bad days but this guys bad days are going to end up costing the store money. If he doesn't want to work with people he should find some other line of work. If he would have slammed one more of my sodas down on the counter, I would have opened it on the counter and left him to clean up the mess. I don't even know why I'm writing this review, just irritates me when people that are supposed to be in the customer service industry think that the world owes them something. Guess I'll shop somewhere else from now on.

I am a convenient store coffee fiend. Jackson's has one of the best coffee stations. You can make a specialty coffee at half the price of a what you would pay at the other places. The location of this Jackson's is easy to access... just off the freeway. The store is clean. The staff is friendly. They offer Shell gas. How else can yo go wrong!?!

This Jackson's /shell is very convenient for me, it's right before the freeway entrance. I am usually there at 5am, and they have a fresh batch of coffee every time, which trust me is much appreciated. They ask if there is any sauces or syrup they should add, which is very nice of them.

I absolutely love this market. They even got some specific wraps in that I asked if they had and are always stocked with it. Always helpful, very polite.

The one star complaint from 2013 is laughable. Where is this young bunch hanging out late at night? When I have stopped by around midnight, the only person there is the employee. Idk what people expect but all gas stations farther away from town costs more. Also it is a Shell station and they are pricey in town also. Some employees aren't friendly, but I just chalk it up to them having miserable lives, so I will always be nice to them. For us living off Red Rock, this place is convenient. Also milk is 2.39 for 1% and nonfat! Cheaper than Walmart. Hows that negative review peeps?
