When confronted with an issue, he recommends good solutions and believe it or not, it worked! Our initial sales contract fell apart on the "12th hour" on account of the other party. She researched agents in the area in which I had inherited an apartment and connected me with one that was part of an international relocation program. I didnt like the clause in agreement that I will be responsible for rent till end of agreement if I vacate early. Usually there is a clause to pay a lumpsum and move out. I was not able to get prompt response from my agent on some occasions. Other than that, house/utilities repair issues were looked after on time. "”
