Lousy quality furniture and the company does nothing to satisfy you even when you have their extended warranty. They won't fix a scratch on my couch even though it happened shortly after delivery. They won't fix a cheap laminate that could not withstand a guests cup of coffee for 30 seconds while I asked them to use a coaster. They would not replace furniture that literally started falling apart 6 months after spending thousands of dollars on a bedroom set. They made feeble attempts to repair the thin laminate represented to be hardwood high quality furniture, but I plan to replace it because it is garbage that will continue to fail. The store manager listened to my plight and said he would look into my case and call me back. He never did. I do not recommend RC Willey. I would give them negative 10 stars if I could. I will never do business with RC Willey again even if they gave me a full refund at this point. Take your money elsewhere,

The worst customer service department EVER. I have been on hold for over 2 hour and 17 minutes. There is no one there. Also went to the store today and requested the sales rep who sold me my appliances, he was to busy eating his lunch at 2:50. Wanted to buy a LG tv. Going to Best Buy now.

Go somewhere/ANYWHERE ELSE! The Service Technicians are great but the quality and Customer Service would get a minus. We purchased a whole houseful (7 rooms) of furniture. Problems with almost everything. From small nicks to large gashes as well as functional issues and dis-formations. We're going on 6 mos. and still trying to get corrections done.

Everything went well until we had to replace our bed set. The amount which the sales person said it was going to be cost, did not reflect it on the paperwork and when it was brought to the sales person, she couldn't do anything because she didn't make those changes. Not happy how the sales person handle the situation, since she had not honored what the actual change was going to be.

Tried calling customer service to have someone fix a recliner purchased just over a year ago. Monday I asked for a call back. No response. Today Wednesday I was on hold for over 25 minutes for customer service. Called the main number again the receptionist stated they only have 1 customer service rep on today. I'm not waiting another 25 minutes. Asked I be contacted by a manager. Let's see what happens. RC WILLEY YOU MUST DO BETTER.

I had some questions when ordering an item online as I already had an existing pay plan on a different item. I called customer service and they answered my questions and completed the entire ordering process & delivery in a professional and SPEEDY manner. Their extended warranty plan is also amazing!!!!! I LOVE RC Wiley!

Initially, the salesman in electronics wasn’t really listening to my needs. However, shortly after that, I met Max. He was wonderful and patient and took me around the store to make sure all of my needs were met. I even made an impulse buy at the register and got a diffuser and essential oils for my home. I was really very pleased With the quality at the store and the people who staffed.

Lisa and Teresa were so patient while we decided on when to finally order our Frigidaire. Most of the communication was done via email and Lisa was quick to respond. Great way to start a client relationship with RC Willey, we'll definitely be back for more

Christina was very knowledgeable and helped me narrow down sectional options quickly. She didn’t try to do a hard sell or push me to purchase and she gave me her contact info so I could think about the options and come back when I was ready. When I returned to make my purchase, it couldn’t have been easier! Christina made everything smooth and the actual purchase/checkout process was a breeze. I’ll definitely be shopping at the Reno RC Willey again!

We need new furniture for our living room. I went to the RC Willey in Reno just to take a look and get some ideas. The salesperson I talked with was knowledgeable and a huge help. The store is immense and, although well organized, it’s easy to get overwhelmed. Ana Guevarra was able to direct me to the sofas and chairs that were deep and not too low. She spent time with me, sorting through hundreds of fabric choices. I truly appreciated her knowledge and her understanding of our needs.I went home with fabric samples and printouts of the two sectionals I liked best and will be returning to place an order.

Worked with Zach for years at RC Willey and he is hands down most knowledgeable appliance salesperson. He's my go to guy for all of my appliance and TV needs. Straight shooter and wants what is best for his clients. Form high end to rental property appliance replacements he will do his best to help you get what is needed at the right price.

Exceptional customer service from the time we first entered RC Willey and greeted by their welcoming host. Jessica from the clearance section was professional and made our contact with her very pleasurable. Tommy on the main showroom floor was great and enjoyable to deal with. Our purchase from the clearance section and main showroom were delivered promptly, professionally and the delivery men also took great care bringing in the furniture and setting it up. Have bought in the past and will continue to purchase in the future. Thanks RC!!!!!

Great experience, Carl at the South Reno RC Wiley, helped my husband and myself find a refrigerator that fit us. He showed us a number of models until we found the one, and there are many out there! We ordered it, picked out a day that worked for us for delivery, it was so easy and within our budget! We were very happy with the delivery process, they kept us in the loop the whole time, great delivery guys as well! Wonderful service all the way around!
