The worst customer experience we have EVER encountered. Crooked salesman, the extremely long waiting period for your purchased items to be delivered, the customer service is rude and unprofessional, the billing department is and the warranty on defective items is not what the salespeople lead you to believe. This place is a complete customer service nightmare. I could carry on with so much more that has happened over this single purchase made. Never again I would rather go to a discount furniture store than ever walk into another RCWilly. They will lie, lie, lie, then deny, deny, deny.

Love our experience in the store, especially with Francis (excellent salesman & a great help). When it comes to delivery, not as happy. We have furnished most of our home with them and just got a new washer.

They were fast and prompt. Only feedback you need to change the language of your contactless service. Not everyone knows a ticket number is a sales order number and it’s confusing.

Have looked for quite some time but found the perfect table at R C Willey. Our salesman was amazing. Not pushy just kind and helpful. Great personality. Funny thing is we live in another state. Went in just to see the store on Memorial Day glad we did

There was a slight snafu in our order. But, what business does not have some problems now and then. What is important is that the problem was rectified and our order was rescheduled for delivery. So now we are just in a waiting mode. No big deal. We will shop at RC Willey again.

On 5/24/24 we purchased a new outdoor dining set. Tom Bearden processed our purchase. As soon as we walk in the front door, we look for Tom. He has been working with us for the last 10+ years on all of purchases (except electronics). Tom not only provides exceptional customer service, we think of him as our friend. We will continue to do business at RC Willey because we really like the products but mainly because we so greatly appreciate Tom Bearden's excellent customer service along with his product knowledge. Thank you, Tom and RC Willey.

What's not love about RC Willey? As long you get the right salesperson, everything is awesome. Ive had some pushy, in your face, never let you have a thought alone people. But, I found a great person in flooring and a great person in furniture and everytime I go there, I seek them out and life is good.What's not to like?..most of the prices in the outdoor, backyard area. Those seem really high.Otherwise, I only shop there for furniture, home furnishings and flooring.

Ana Guevarra was our sales associate. She was very helpful with our patio furniture and grill shopping. She was very patient in answering all of our questions and placing our order. We are very thankful to Ana for the great service!We received all of our patio furniture and grill this week.The delivery process was great! We were contacted the day before each delivery with a 2-hour window and then the morning of each delivery we were notified by text with a more exact time throughout the day until the delivery. The patio furniture was delivered by Frank & Josh - they were very professional and efficient. Great service! The grill was delivered the following day and we had the same great experience with the two different gentlemen who delivered our grill. Everything was in perfect condition and we are very happy with our purchases.
