The security there is very rude and racist my kids go there with money and buy their stuff they never steal and she’s accused them of stealing has been rude to them following them around to every aisle they go to today she followed my son outside yelling at him saying what he has in his pockets he was with his mom when this happened and she called me really upset about this we have been customers here for over 10yrs and I will no longer be shopping here again hopefully higher up management reads this and does something about that racist security and talks to the manager cuz he gave my sons mom and attitude and didn’t care what the security did

horrible grocery store to live close to. they are the most scammy in reno. voted most expensive and run down grocery store in reno. they continue to exploit mira loma area for everything we got.

Clean store and variety of imported products you don't find in other grocery stores. Lot of parking spaces and convenient location at Mc Carran Blvd and Mira Loma

Went in just to get two items and one was out of stock (again) and the other every option had either already passed the expiration date or it expires today. On top of what feels like drastically higher prices I’m done with Raleys.

This store trip was a complete waste of time. I was walking around the store looking to see if they had some hair regrowth treatment (they didn’t have the one that I was looking for) so when I started making my way to the exit door the security lady asked me and my partner what did we take?I responded by saying “we didn’t take anything I’ll show you what’s in my purse.” I proceed to show her the contents of my myt didn’t put any thing in there I pr to show her the contents in my purse any she saw one of the three pockets and said “oh it looks empty” and told me I’m no longer allowed to go to the store or I would be arrested. mind you I have my purse full it has all my makeup my wallet and a couple of other things girls keep in their purses. So if I go back they will arrest me.

Did DMV kiosk, was in deli today and ordered a sandwich they have a very nice young lady by the name of Ñye she does awesome customer service and is sweet as they come. We need more people like her in customer service

Shelves remain unstocked. Don't carry some items from brands that they do carry, i.e. Bubbies's pickles.
Staff is nice, however.

I suggest going somewhere else to shop ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ?I have been a loyal customer since I moved in the area a year ago. Today I'm in line behind a lady who's arguing over a 40-cent coupon
Now there are three or four people in line behind me so I am pinned in. 2 other Checkers come out I believe one is a manager in a blue shirt to help with the line. Instead of picking my 6 items up off the conveyor belt and putting them into his line (he is right next to them) they just grab the other people in line before I can even speak up and say I'm next ! They're already checking the others out I'm still in line & this ladies arguing over a 47 Cent coupon. Everybody else is gone out of the store and the checkers leave. I didn't put in my phone number this time because I WON'T BE BACK. Either one of these Checkers including the manager could have grabbed my six items off the conveyor belt and check them out so I could have gone first that would have been the right thing to do ! Please stop sending me emails for ads I won't be back ?
