I only shop at your store in emergency situation's. Your price's are outrageous! And if you try to justify them by claiming your product quality meet higher standard's, your wrong! They are no better than any other store's. However, I will have to say, that your store is cleaner than most and the merchandising most effective.

Reno - the winner is Raley's! The right mix of organic and conventional produce/products. Not a bargain basement BUT not a ripoff. My yardstick - Amy's organics. I check the freezer case and soup aisle of every store I tried in Reno to see what they charge for Amy's. The frozen enchiladas can be anywhere from $6.50 to $8.50. Raley's was right in there at $7.00 Quart size organic milk. If only they had pint size buttermilk - as a single I can't use up a quart for pancakes. (a half recipe makes 2 days). Good selection of decent organic produce. (CooP has best veg, everything else there is too expensive) The competition - Sprouts (limited selections, don't trust their house brand organics, $$ more than Raley's) Whole Foods (OK but they recently jacked their prices back up) Save Mart (not my thing) and a midnight trip to Winn Co (surreal experience BUT they did have some Amy's, not much selection $.50 cheaper than Raley's) Keystone is a very nice store.

We just love our cashier Lisa. She is always in a good mood, funny & friendly. She asks us how we are doing every time. So helpful if we have questions or concerns. We wait in her line even if it is longer because we look forward to seeing her because she gives excellent customer service.

New to Reno and went to Raleys for the first time yesterday. The staff were very helpful and the store has a large variety of food. Prices are better than Washington. TV TV

Enrique and Raley’s outdid themselves, again. Enrique provided amazing charcuterie boards for two of our children’s weddings. Ordering and pickup were easy. They substituted for allergies. Thanks for making our events extra special! Food looked and tasted delish! Price was amazing!

The self checkout stinks at this store. 4 items and the fixer had to come over 3 times then it would not take the payment so she had to check us out anyhow. It's a bit further down the road but at WM we never ever have a problem. Bye-bye

Their digital coupon system is very frustrating. Sometimes its clear that you are not going to get the sale price on something you wanted to buy and other times it's in really small fine print. It's just disappointing to know you are paying more and not getting the best price. I leave the store feeling like I was ripped off or taken advantage of.
I looked all over their website to see if I could leave the above feedback but there is no contact email published, so I'm leaving this here. Verry disappointed.

Worst Raley’s in Reno. Always smells, morning bakery is almost never ready. Any other location has a variety of bagels, danishes, donuts, etc ready first thing in the morning. This location almost NEVER has a variety ready to go.

Kat in the Bakery department went above and beyond to make a Boston cream pie for my boyfriend's birthday. An item they don't generally offer. But she senses my extreme desire to make my boyfriend's birthday really special. It's all he wanted. What's more she did it in a short notice request. And it wasn't near as expensive as I was expecting to be. Kat in Bakery. Thank you so much. It tasted wonderful everyone loved it! She deserves a raise or promotion. Exceptional customer service .

Ok store but read the expiration labels on everything. They will sell you expired juice yogurt etc without blinking an eye. If you point it out, they usually aren't surprised. Usually ok whatever, big deal. You still want it? ?

5 stars might be a stretch, but since the renovation, it's very pleasant. It has become my go to store. Still a tad pricey.
