I love this place, they have always been there for me and my daughter. They listen and they deliver. They do a great job, resizing, resetting and designing. Very happy to have them in Reno, even if I have to travel to them. It is so very worth it

Have always had good service here and I've been using this jewelers dad as far back as the 80's when he was at Richard's Jewelers on Moana Ln. Exceptionalservice. Good prices and beautiful used pieces too!

We went in to get wedding bands they quoted my husbands and were supposed to call us for the quote on my ring but they never did. We went elsewhere with our business but regardless they were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would only not recommend them if you are in any type of time crunch.

I have done business with R&J for many years. They have been fair, honest and very helpful. The owner is an actual jeweler... not just a sales guy, and so knows his gems and settings better than most. He does repair work for other stores because they don't have the expertise. There are other stores in town... some good, some bad... I would definitely stop here

Went in to have my wife's wedding ring resized. People were super friendly extremely helpful and did a marvelous job. I went to several other jewelers prior to them and they were by far the easiest to work with. This is a small business that deserves our support OK if you need jewelry or had a jewelry that needs work I highly recommend using Greg. Not only did they do a great job on my wife's ring they even clean my wedding ring while I waited.

Very knowledgeable and very reasonable. Nice people and, most important in the jewelry business, Honest ! The store is not as fancy as the big guys, but the prices are not as fancy as the big guys either.

These guy's are the best!!! Their friendly, nice and very professional. We took our rings in to have them fixed and they did a great job. The price was very reasonable and lower than they big guys at the mall. I would recommend them in a heart beat.
