I worked with an expert, she was professional and worked a perfect speed, to make sure to take care of myself as well as waiting clients, she even fit in a lady on standby when another associate was going to take here, you can tell this place was running optimal, and I got to give her credit, as the last visit was OPPOSITE, it was a train wreck, so great to see it back as I remember!!!

Quest Diagnostic on South McCarran Blvd in Reno is the lab I go to for all bloodwork and other testing and every time I have a great experience, friendly fast and courteous.

The person that attempted to help me was having a bad day or just not a nice person. She was so rude I actually left and went to Lab Corp. I've never had a problem with anybody at the facility until the last day I went and I won't be going back as long as she's working there.

Truly terrible customer service. The phone system nor website do not answer basic questions and there is no way to talk to a person.

I use 2 canes because of poor balance I don't feel safe using the flimsy check in system. Can't you put it on a counter so I have something to lean on while using your check in system. I'm worried about falling.
The woman who took my blood was excellent.

I always have the best experience, little to no waiting if you make an appointment. Easy to schedule and easy to check in. Plus they know how to take blood.

Don’t deserve the one star. This is the most bizarre situation I've ever encountered. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning and arrived as the fourth patient in line. As the clinic got busier, chaos ensued. One person started filling out my information on the computer while another called for help from another room, leading to a room swap. I didn't fully grasp the situation until then. It was incredibly awkward and unprofessional as the staff discussed a dehydrated patient while attending to me. Despite this, they drew three vials of blood and provided a urine cup. However, upon leaving, I’m thinking a week or so for results. Checked online daily no information available, so today I get word back from my doctor there was no record of my samples sent to my doctor's office. Shockingly, my doctor informed me that I'm the second patient this week to experience this. They advised staying away from this place due to its lack of professionalism and organization. Losing someone's DNA is beyond comprehension. Attempts to contact them have been futile. Urgent contact from them is imperative.

My 2nd time seeing Daisy. She's wonderful. Didn't feel a thing. Location is nice but the lobby does need to be kept more tidy.
