The attendant never once spoke to me directly. She looked at anything else and mumbled her instructions unclearly, and when I didn't respond clearly she snapped at me angrily at least twice. The complete lack of a receptionist was awkward and led to a few patients not knowing how to check in and apparently sitting in the room a while without being noticed. The appointment was quick and no more or less painful than any other time I've had blood drawn and my veins are all but non-existent. That she could find one and get blood is honestly impressive, and the results arrived quick as a political opinion on facebook. Still, the Dr.s in the next office who were kind enough to share their coffee with me were infinitely more hospitable despite have no obligation to even acknowledge I was there.
Would I go there again? Sure. Do I want to? Hell no.

9:30 appointment, seen at 9;27. Usually need blood withdrawal from the hand due to years of physical damage, tried the hand, no luck, middle arm was perfect and absolutely NO PAIN.

I waited for like 45 minutes, then they tell me I gotta have a hard copy of my lab request! Seriously, it's the 20s, not the Stone Age! They send me out to print it and come back. I was like, "This better be the last time I set foot in Quest Diagnostics."

(343 Elm Street Location)-The technician that was working there which she was the only one in the office at the time was extremely rude and nasty to both me and my husband! She recorded my weight wrong for my job screening. My husband weighs 205lbs and she recorded my weight the same as his and I only weigh 189lbs. Do not go to this location at all the tech is not friendly and records false results on chart for biometrics screening. Also my waist was 32 and she put 35 which is the same as spouses. Wrong info!

OMG me and my husband went in for blood work and was treat horribly by the lady that was working there. She looked angry and was quite rude and almost intolerable to work with. I tried to engage with her to see if she would loosen up but she got worse. She also is not good at drawing blood either and I was well hydrated. I will make sure I do not have her service me in the future because her attitude really stinks and she seemed like she really did not want to help us at all.

Fraudulent company. They falsified a digital document as "proof" that I had been informed of the cost for a test. In fact I was never shown this document during my visit. Their billing department was useless and referred me to another department that never picks up the phone. Won't respond to email.

The lab tech first told me she wouldn't be able to take me back and she sees patients every 10 minutes and I should probably go to the one on Mill St,but there was nobody in the waiting room. I made comments how bad that location was to my son. I told him I'd stay until 11AM if she didn't see me I would give the place a bad review too. She took me back and she was really nice. I got labs done.I think she might of heard me tell my son about all the bad reviews n what not.

I had a great experience here. The facility was clean, mobile check-in was seamless, and I was seen immediately. The tech who took my blood, Christian, was very professional and friendly.

I had excellent service at this location. The checkin was smooth and the phlebotomist was very friendly and efficient. I will not go back to the Mill St location after this! I am a nurse and was really impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism, yet kindness.
