Very professional. Easy transaction. I received my 3 month supply, and all supplies in the original packaging and unopen. I am VERY HAPPY with this company.
Not as happy anymore. Different management, orders are slow and problematic.

I have not bought product nor have I used their services for a long time. But they just charged my Credit Card for 80.95 and cannot tell me why. They call endlessly trying to sell me products. I have asked to be taken off their call list but of course they cannot do that immediately.So it is now three weeks after my initial call to Home Preferred Care. They couldnt tell me why they charged me when I called them. Nor did they reverse the charge. This is robbery. I am incredibly upset. My charge card is being canceled.

Ww are forced to use this company for my supplies as our insurance requires it. It takes no less than a month for them to process new prescription. They are always claiming thwy didn't receive fax from Drs office. The poor representatives give the same tired excuse. I don't blame the people who answer the phone.I've even tried to fax prescription orders myself and all of their fax number are always busy. They say a supervisor will call you back and it never happens. Very terrible for a medical supply company to make getting supplies so difficult. My guess is that the executives of the company don't care about their representatives or the patients. I cry every month because it's really a gamble if I will get my supplies or not.

We have a small apartment and I heard my roommate say we need a quiet machine and we have had quite a few so we know they have quiet oxygen concentrators so she is afraid of a hassle if she complains and I'm here to tell you I am going to have her call Monday and ask for a quiet machine and if she doesn't get a decent attitude and a new quiet machine I'm going to do something about it like return the machine at night if you don't understand I will have to show you

ZERO RATING!!! This is the worst medical company in the Reno-Sparks area. Avoid it! Once they dump their equipment and supplies at your house, you will never see the representative again. They seldom return calls and if you need to call them, there is an hour and a half wait minimum. I was supposed to have weekly visits from a respiratory tech as a condition of being discharged from an acute medical center and had no choice in selecting this company. They have now been bought out by another company according to my new respiratory company which is readily available and cares for their customers.

First and foremost, this company is absolutely horrible to get ahold of. You are always put on hold sometimes for over an hour. I hang up after an hour and would have to call back on another day. When we called to inform them that I would not be using their service anymore but going to another company it took over 50 minutes to do so. They didn't ask why we were changing or how they could keep our business. My husband and I both felt they didn't care.I have been trying for almost a year to become more mobile with my oxygen. Preferred gave with bulky tanks in a dolly with wheels. Can I just say that makes it really hard to go anywhere? Not to mention, it only lasts about 3 hours.They would not get me a more mobile oxygen concentrator. I, therefore, had to go to another company to get a mobile oxygen concentrator. It is a rechargeable one and comes with a charger for home and car use.I must say, however, that all the employees that came to my home were kind, cordial, and knowledgeable. They too could not understand why I could not get a mobile oxygen concentrator. I was informed that they are often yelled at because the office is so terrible at returning phone calls or even answering the phone. It is because of these employees that I left two stars. They deserve more but the company does not.Let's just say I am breathing easier since getting a new company.

I won't begin to say that this company has truly become the worst I have ever done business with. I have called every day several times a day for 5 weeks often holding for over an hour without speaking to any one. I finally reached someone in the Arizona office but nothing was ever resolved. I have equipment sitting in my driveway waiting to be picked up. My husband died in October and all I want this poorly managed company to do is pick up his concentrator and three tall tanks . I'm under the impression the company does not care about their customers living or deceased or about their equipment. How sad.Update: right after this review was posted I received a posting that was dated 4 weeks ago. How is that even possible when I didn't leave a review until last night. that tells me that this company is totally off their rockers. 4 weeks my patooty.I been trying to get service for two years. Oh well, they can come get it when they are ready, if it isn't stolen by then.

I would not recommend this company to anyone even an enemy. Two hour hold times, no calls to let you know there is a delay or ask if we could assist with getting the order or documents needed, they had orders for equipment for months and no call with updates. Just awful! My dad went on hospice then passed away and we are still staring at the wheelchair that should have been picked up 6 weeks ago! They are billing when we notified them of the switch to hospice and like I said 2 hour hold time to ask them to do their job. Extremely disappointed, I wouldnt even give them a star if it would allow me to post without.

You can never get anyone on the phone. I have been waiting for oxygen concentrator since august. First it was I had to call insurance to push it through faster, then once it got approved, then it was I hadn’t been entered into new system, then it was I will get a call back, still haven’t received phone call back. Very disgusted with this company and don’t recommend anyone use them!
