Do t ever order anything from pottery barn on line you will not be able to cancel or get your money back if you change your mind ! It’s a third party from another country ! Pottery barn does not stand behind their products or their costumers! I will never order anything like bar stools or furniture from their on line again !

Not bad, bout ok service from the lady in the back. Definitely not excellent. Not being able to check out wood samples in which I drove out for lost you a sale. There is no reason to help give your store credit if your not fully helping the customer, it is easier to order furniture online.

A lot of nice stuff, but some of it is priced into the upper atmosphere and out of reach for the average person.

I recently had the misfortune of placing multiple orders with Pottery Barn, and I am utterly disappointed with their lackluster customer service. My overall experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating and time-consuming.First and foremost, the recurring issue I faced was their constant reliance on promising an “email response.” Every time I reached out to inquire about the status of my orders, I was met with the same vague response, claiming they were awaiting an email update. This lack of proactive communication and transparency left me feeling abandoned and neglected as a customer. To exacerbate matters, none of my orders arrived smoothly. Instead of receiving my items as expected, I found myself constantly having to follow up with Pottery Barn just to find out where my purchases were. It seemed as though they were incapable of efficiently tracking orders or providing accurate delivery information. This lack of organization and attention to detail is unacceptable for a company of Pottery Barn’s stature. Moreover, their customer service representatives consistently passed the buck, constantly shifting the responsibility and providing no resolution. Instead of taking ownership of the issues, I was always being handed off from one person to another, leading to a fragmented and frustrating experience. It felt like I was trapped in a never-ending loop of unfulfilled promises and false assurances. The final straw came when I waited an exasperating seven months for bar stools that never arrived. Despite my persistent efforts to seek updates, the only resolution I was left with was to cancel the order altogether. This not only wasted my time but also highlighted Pottery Barn’s complete inability to fulfill its promises and deliver on its commitments. In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how deeply disappointed I am with Pottery Barn’s customer service. Their consistent reliance on empty email responses, coupled with their inability to handle orders smoothly, has left me frustrated and disillusioned. It is clear that the company prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, and I would strongly advise against doing business with them. Save yourself the hassle and seek out a more reliable and customer-oriented alternative.

"I stopped into the store today, very beautiful furniture! I was with my cousin when an older woman with black hair came over and asked us if we worked which seemed like a weird question but both my cousin and I proudly said yes some volunteer work as well as apprenticing at unr she then continued to be very very rude to my cousin and I even after we appologized for sitting on her couch I tried to explain to her that we where just trying out their couches and we where not "ruffling or ruining" anything. She then persisted in kicking us out. Even after I apologized more than 3 times. Would not recommend coming here. Very, very rude and judge mental staff. And while we were leaving, she told her friend that she didn't need "nasty teenagers" all over the stuff. So!! Don't recommend it!This is the review my granddaughter had of your store. We are new to the area as we just bought our first home in South Lake. Your store was recommended to us from our new neighbor as your design crew did his entire house. The treatment you showed to the children of our family will not go unnoticed . We wish you luck in your business endeavors but will certainly be taking our business elsewhere as will our family and friends. Judging by your previous reviews, you are aware of the problem and suggest you address it.

Marilyn approached me shortly after I walked into the store and was friendly and helpful. She asked what I was interested in finding and I told her numerous items and she happily assisted with everything. She was very knowledgeable and checked stock if something that I was looking for was not on the floor. This was a great shopping experience!

Disappointing that they don't sell pottery barn teen items here. They would make so much more money. Went here Christmas 2022 for Harry Potter ornaments and they didn't have any.

I called ahead to enquire about a swivel chair that I found online and the wonderful Lady I spoke with greeted me at the door as I entered the store. Not only did I receive excellent customer service and was welcome immediately upon entering the store, in addition Sharon is super helpful and went the extra mile trying to locate the fabric I wanted. She went out of her way and called the designer directly. I will definitely go back and order from this store.

We bought several pieces at Pottery Barn Reno and worked with Sharon. She has been nothing short of amazing helping us order our living room furniture and setting up several deliveries. It was a great customer experience. Thank you, Sharon!Love, love all the pieces we purchased. Our Big Sur sectional is officially the favorite hang out spot for our family. Modern, so comfy and great quality.

Pottery Barn has some really fantastic furniture and accessories but the prices match the quality. Therefore the old adage "You get what you pay for" holds true. Also the wife is enthralled with the level of customer service.

I hardly ever post reviews, but I really felt the need to post this. It’s beautiful store, however the associates working (2 at checkout and 2 on floor I believe) made me feel so unwelcome while I was shopping. Not a single “hello” or “welcome” as I walked into the store. The two at the checkout saw me walk in, and they just stared at me, not even smiling to gesture any acknowledgment of my presence. Okay sure, that happens sometimes I suppose. Then I pass two more associates in the store, and once again no acknowledgment of my presence. It was almost as if they were trying to avoid talking to me? I did finally ask about bedding to one of the associates and she was very nice to me once I started talking to her. I didn’t get her name unfortunately. As I was leaving the store, I asked the two at the front if Pottery Barn does ship to store since I am not always at my cabin and felt it would be safer to pick it up in the store than letting it sit outside potentially. When I asked that, they both sat there for a few seconds without saying anything, giving me a not-so-friendly look. I imagine they were waiting for the other to say something. I get a response “Well, yeah it depends on what the item is..” with a condescending tone. Then I walk out, and the second I walk out the doors, those two - who had not even the slightest smile on their face while I was in there - began laughing loudly and just so happen to be looking at me through the glass.I know this seems a little absurd, and maybe even a stretch about them potentially laughing “at me”, however, I truly felt very unwelcome in the store as a whole. It made me feel very weird on my drive home, and here I am a few days later making this post. I don’t know if it was because I am a young male - not quite the normal Pottery Barn clientele - ‘so why try helping me if I probably won’t buy anything’? I have not felt this unwelcome in any store before, so I felt the need to share this experience because it was very unusual for me.I’m sure they’re all nice people, but hopefully they’ll read this and reconsider the way they treat/approach customers. They were not directly ‘mean’ to me, but gave off condescending and impolite mannerisms, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I worked retail for several years and know this is not how you retain customers.Thank you for taking the time to read this, I hope they will at least reconsider the way they present themselves to customers.

This store's staff tries very hard to help with delivery issues, but too much is out of their control. Order time and delivery is definitely a problem for Pottery Barn. Makes it difficult to think about purchasing with them in the future if an item has to be ordered and delivered.

Soooo disappointed in this store and the delivery of items. Ordered about $15,000 worth of furniture in mid August and we are still waiting for the delivery of two or three of the items. And these items are NOT specialty items. Meaning, the two items that we still have not received were not made specifically for us or made to our measurements, they are standard off the shelf items. One is a king size bed mattress and the other is a coffee table. So disappointing. I'm not really sure where the disconnect is, but I do know that I have guests coming for Christmas and I do not have a bed for them to sleep in!! Moral to the story is, if you're in any kind of rush for items, do not buy them from Pottery Barn or Williams-Sonoma. Or you take the risk of not having them delivered in time. Go elsewhere.

What ever you do, DO NOT buy furniture from Pottery Barn Reno if you in fact EVER wish for it to make it to your home!!! The lack of professionalism, and idiocy from the local manager Debbie has been shameful. My order was for 18 pieces (purchased August 10th, 2022) for a new home and although my credit card has been charged for all of them, I have received only 4 items. The warehouse says they delivered them (really??) and they are lost OR better yet, I rec an email that they delivered items to someone other than me at an address other than mine, which also never happened . ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE WITH NO ABILITY TO FIND ANYONE TO HELP!!! POTTERY BARN YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES...
