Avoid this location and ALL Planet Fitness's. You go to cancel and they seem to make it super easy...yet, they don't stop charging your card. There is no number to call...and the number you call no one answers (each time I have called). I am now having to dispute charges with my bank. Such a hassle but typlical of chain style gyms.

This location is good and gives you the basic necessities for most workouts. It depends on what time you go, but access and wait time for machines isn't bad. To the managers, please give Sophia a raise! For the first time in years, she's the only one I've seen who actually cleans the gym (while I'm there) and she has an amazing attitude and attends each member question with kindness. My 5 star rating is really because of her. Other Planet Fitness locations can offer better machines and more space, but employees like her are so very valuable and make coming to this specific gym enjoyable.

Overall plenty of equipment & space to break a sweat. There is some equipment PF doesn't have- that I notice other gyms have & benefit more from. Most importantly- the fountain water source could use an upgrade.

Terrible customer service and policy. They make it nearly impossible to cancel and there's a 7-day "billing period" which sounds like an attempt at extending the period they can charge you. I was off by 12 hours or so and they are still going to charge me full price even though I'm not using the service and haven't been for some time.

Do not use this gym. Cancelled my membership, or so I thought. Now somehow I have a $300 balance from late fees for the last 5 months I didn’t use the gym. Their system is set up to rob you. Crooks and a mediocre gym anyways. Not going to pay them and having my attorney take care of it. Thieves.

Everytime I go there, the bathrooms have no toilet paper, the paper towel dispensers are empty so I cant clean my machine. I let them know every time but there must not be enough workers

So recently I found myself in a jam and became homeless and needed a place to cool and relax and get a shower was one of the main reasons they offer a lot more massage chairs hydro massage beds and chairs tanning and few others things when you join and get the black card 24.99 a month and a one time yearly fee of around 50 dollars . But I have to say all of a sudden they want to charge me a late fee when they never even tried to charge my card the day they said it was supposed to be . In The past I was never charged a late fee that would end up cancelling my membership even though my membership is paid. 15 dollar late fee get real . I'm starting to wonder if this place is just trying to get paid or if they can keep it simple

Relatively new gym. Convenient location. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Variety of machines.
